OK Kiddies,
This is how it works...
I'm gonna start with a word that means something to me...
Your task is to put a word with a similar meaning underneath it and put the word class (adj, noun, adv, verb..etc) underneath along with the meaning
it has for you.
The aim of this is to see how versatile the English Language is and see how far we can go from my starting point...
If you have a different class/meaning for the word, feel free to add it underneath, as long as you observe the T&C.
I think this will be interesting if people take it up...
BTW - I am not looking for dictionary definitions - I am looking for what it mean to YOU!

Adjective, British. Colloquial.
Very upset.
I was gutted when she said that I couldn't see her any more.

adjective, it means perturbed yet knocked out of synch or harmony; hence, causing sadness
