I find this a bit shocking. He used his show to help promote drugs. GlaxoSmithKline paid him 2500 dollars to promote the usage of Lamictal to his
viewers. I honestly don't think it's as bad as made out to be. Instead or prosecuting him you should be uncovering secrets about the pharmaceutical
companies themselves.
