Why is a court, deciding how fully privatised corporations should charge their customers? That's what I want to know. Maybe an overweight person
should go to court demanding two pizzas for the price of one, after all, 'one-person-one-charge'. If these idiots do not like it, they should go
start their own airline.

Reminds me of the gays complaining that eHarmony only matches men with women, so they complained and had a court ORDER a PRIVATE company to change
their business model. If somewhere doesn't offer something you want, go somewhere else.
Now, I do believe there should be specific seats for morbidly obese people. Nothing is worse then having a fat body invading your comfort zone, be it
on a plane, train, or bus. But, how do they know how many obese people will be getting on the plane? Simplest solution obviously would be make them
pay for however many seats they take up, but people dont understand that.
Also, couldn't it be considered a safety hazard having someone so fat that they do not fit in the seat correctly? What if there was a situation where
the plane was experiencing turbulence, and an obese body caused injury to the person they are "sharing" a seat with? Thats a lot of weight to be
throwing around, and it would be even more dangerous if it happened to be a child sitting next to someone like that.

Barbara Hewson, 63, was offered damages by Virgin Atlantic after suffering a blood clot, torn leg muscles and sciatica following a flight to Los
Angeles in January 2001, the UK's Press Association reported.
She said the woman passenger was so large she had to sit with the arm rests up, but when she complained, the crew said there was nothing they could do
as the plane was full.
What a horrible situation for that poor lady..
Or, they could just create larger seats due to the increasing girth of the worlds populations.. but that would require money, and the loss of
available seating room - which means even more loss of money, so I doubt that would ever happen.
