I watch a lot of movies and I find myself attracted to a lot of movies starring some of the same stars. There the "A List" stars that everyone knows and boosts their films at the box office, but I find myself looking for others that are not as recognizable.

So I ask you, who are your favorite actors and actresses that you don't think anybody else would say?

My two favorite actors at the moment that I don't think anybody would say, but are still quite successful, are...

  • Jim Sturgess
  • Jason Stratham

My favorite actress at the moment is...

  • Ellen Page

    What about you?

Michael C Hall is great. Not well known, but I've never seen a bad performance.
Hank Azaria is also extremely talented and a true chameleon when it comes to acting.

I'll tell you who I've really grown fond of recently...

    Mos Def. The rapper/actor.

I really liked him in the Hitchhikers Guide and Be Kind Rewind.

I was very impressed with his performance in "16 blocks".

    Good call.

Tracey Walter (you would know him when you saw his face) has been in many moves. His best scene was in "Batman" (1989) when the Joker asks him for his gun and shoots him. Here is the films and shows he has been in according to imdb:

    www.imdb.com...

Harry Dean Stanton: always in interesting and different movies.

    www.imdb.com...

Harvey Keitel: He appears in a lot of Martin Scorsese's early films, but has an impressive body of work:

    www.imdb.com...

Swoozie Kurtz: With a name like that, why hasn't she had more work? Was in Pushing Daisies (along with my other favorite Ellen Greene):

    Swoosie:

    Ellen:
