An internal investigation by the Central Intelligence Agency has found that the agency withheld crucial information from federal investigators who spent years trying to determine whether C.I.A. officers committed crimes related to the accidental downing of a missionary plane in Peru in 2001.

Why did CIA down the plane and what were the motives. And CIA is covering it up now. The article does not state why those missionaries were shot down and that no drugs were found on the plane. Is it normal for the CIA to kill innocent people. How many terrorists has the CIA captured recently?

I doubt if Michael Hayden will take any "internal" action
