He went down at the same point in his speech where he was addressing President bush's success in the war on terror. I find that ironic.
No word on his condition... Yet bush's statement is hope hes up and back up and at em soon... funny I can hear bush saying something like that at a
time like this.

WASHINGTON – Attorney General Michael Mukasey collapsed during a speech Thursday night and lost consciousness, a Justice Department official said.(visit the link for the full news article)
The 67-year-old Mukasey was rushed to George Washington University Hospital, where his condition was not immediately known.
