I couldn't find this elsewhere so apologies if this is posted already.
I find this really depressing stuff. The thought of nuclear weapons being used is both frightening and massively disappointing in the human race. I
hope we make it through ok.
"The likelihood that nuclear weapons will be used will increase with expanded access to technology and a widening range of options for limited
strikes," it said.
The only bit of good news I found was:
- A technology to replace oil may be underway or in place by 2025;
