honestly, what will the super rich do with a bunch of paper if a nuclear war happens? build fires? use the money to start fires to light a torch to burn things down?

have a big blanket of money to keep them warm at night?

are they going to go to war with the computer databases containing their portfolios?

there has to be a reason the super rich still care about how much money they have in a computer database

even if they have their money stacked in their huge houses what are they really going to do with a few hundred pounds of paper?

take a few hundred pounds of nickel or copper (nickels and pennies) and you can melt that down to make tools and weapons etc.

but take a few hundred pounds of paper with pictures on it and do what with it?

take the computer hard discs with your stock portfolios and do what with them?

are the super rich keeping this illusion going that money matters? because if "all hell breaks loose" most people would rather have the pounds of copper than the pounds of paper with pictures on them (lets not forget security features to fight counterfeiting) i'm assuming

unless you are awesome with origami or making paper airplanes of course
