I am not sure how to make this more clear. If a type of post bothers you, stop reading that type. Don't like Christians? Leave the religion area. Don't like politics? Stay out of AP. While I am at it, if you don't like or are sick of conspiracies, maybe stay out of ATS and stick to BTS. What bugs me greatly is people cannot contain their anger about a type of post and yet they won't leave that type of post alone. Perhaps a wild analogy here but I don't liek getting shot in the face with a shotgun...so I avoid it...

Just a though...hate me if you like but just back off the stuff you know you can't stand.

Smells like irony to me.

I tend to agree. I stay clear of the whole 9/11 forum. Not because I don't think that something is amiss with the offficial story, I do, but because some of the theories put forward are ridiculous. I don't have either the time nor the patience to discuss it with people.

However, there are those that will argue that we need the spirit of the debate.

Ok what will ATS or BTS be without people coming in to threads and posting their thoughts on the subject. You will get people praising each other on stupid things. Like 9/11 or Chemtrails you will have both sides in thier threads saying what a good job they are doing and no one will get the truth. So yes lets stay out of threads we don't like and have even more idiots roaming around thinking they are GOD or something. Why are we on ATS/BTS to get the truth and facts not to pat each other on the back for misinformation. Religion is always going to be a touchy subject so you can forget no one not posting in those threads.

I can't seem to stay serious enough...I know, shocking....to hang in ATS, in fact, I'm not sure if they're letting me back there anymore. And at my current rate I may not be allowed in BTS much longer either.

There are many topics which I will not involve myself in, and only a few that I will.

It was so good when there wasn't such an obvious trend to one side or the other in the Religion and spirituality forum, it now just seem to be an endless flood of threads about the same thing.

Or maybe my perspective just changed.

Some people just like to argue and cause a scene. They enjoy that more than they do a real debate.

Nothing we can do about it except ignore them.

Look the point of this is a rant area correct? Once or twice a week you see peopel complain abou a certain type of post. They are tired of 2012 posts or God posts. Wouldn't it be so much easier if people would take responsibility for themselves and leave that part alone?

There is so much ATS and BTS to explore and yet you stil hear about "I hate this type of post." Inside that thread you'll hear a few people (outside of me) say..."Why not stop reading the type of posts that piss you off?"

If you want to figure me as the jerk for saying thi, fire away. I won't lose any sleep. Yeah I see some irony here. Sorry that I have offended you so greatly.
