Many people out there would like to take a more active roll in providing our community with rational, and timely information on the UFO issue. While
having a certain skill to draw upon, such as photography, chemistry, optics or the social sciences is always very helpful, what may be the most useful
is to provide clear and specific observation of events. These events they may see themselves, or may be reported to them by others. This field needs a
consistent modality to build upon, to provide a standard we can all work from. We need to all at least start on the same page. I don't believe in the
adage "trust no one", but I do believe in the view "take nothing for granted".

Thats a fair statement. My response is many people can add their voice to this debate . One does not need to be an expert at any thing, but they have
to be able to coldly evaluate what they see or hear, regardless of source, and then just report what they see. Special training is always helpful
(very helpful actually). But most people have the ability to be very good observers. But the less formal training someone has, the more careful they
have to be about drawing conclusions about what they see.
