Free healing and initiation into a healing system of the Great White Brotherhood

Dear all friends,

As some have requested to know more about the healing system I practice and teach others, I have now decided to share it with anyone whom may be interested. First you should practice the following two exercises daily for at least one week - then you may PM me and I will instruct you further on the initiation into the healing system itself which you can then use to heal yourself and others - you will also be able to initiate others into the same healing system. The only thing I ask for in return is that you use it well on yourself and on others when you feel you can, and initiate anyone you want into the same healing system so they may benefit from it as well and help others.

Please find the first part of your preparations attached here. I hope you will find some benefit of it. This first part will consist of sending you healing energy, and teach you a method to connect to the healing energy, and receive it through me from the Source. Later on I will initiate you into a specific system of healing.

I'd like to tell you a couple things you can do to increase the effects of the
work I do for you, and make it easier for me to "connect" with you
through the divine energy system of existence.

So here goes, step by step explanation.

1. As I do this work on a daily basis, I recommend you to also do the
following on a daily basis for maximum effect and benefits. At least
I do recommend you to perform it at times you feel you need that
extra "boost" and healing/spiritual/psychic energy to reach you for
the purpose you have chosen.

2. The procedure iself is fairly simple. All you have to do is a very
basic relaxation meditation, be open minded, and accept to receive
the energy I send to you.

3. This is done as follows - Find a comfortable position at any time
you prefere, either sitting or lying down. Doing it before going to
sleep is a good time as you are more open to receiving external
energy and input in a sleep mode. As you sit or lay down, relax your
body, and visualize yourself open up to receive the energy of me,
Edward Alexander, and say to yourself that you accept the energy I
send out to reach you and benefit you and help you with your desired
goals.

Then take 13 deep inhalations through your nose, where you hold the
breath as long you can for each one, and slowly blow it out through
your mouth. As you do this, feel your body and muscles getting more
and more relaxed for each breath and each exhalation - your body
becoming soft and heavy and comfortable.

Feel how you become more peaceful and at rest both physically and
mentally from this simple breathing exercice.

Once the cycle of 13 inhalations have been done, send your awareness
to your body, and feel how relaxed it it, how at peace you are.
Imagine at this point a great brilliant pink light in the shape of a
ball above your head. Make it grow stronger, try feel and visualize
it above your head, and feel yourself becoming even more relaxed from
this comfortable, peaceful light that is filled with love and
serenity.

As the ball of brilliant pink ligh fills up, imagine it open up and
sending a beam of light down trough your head, and this is the energy
I am sending you, filled within that ball sent there for you - along
with peace, love, relaxation, protection, cleansing and guidance in
addition to the goals you have for yourself with this energy.

Feel this great light, as it enters your head, filling up your head,
until your whole head is filled up completely with its great pink
light and my energy flowing through you and manifesting within you
the goal you have set for this energy. Imagine it spreading down from
your head, down your throat, filling you up more and more with great
powerful energy that will make you able to reach all of your goals.
It moves down further from your throat, through your chest, filling
up your chest with great pink light, and then proceeds down through
your belly and all the way down to the tip of your toes. Now you are
completely filled with this great pink energy light, filling you all
up with your intended purpose for what you are seeking from this
energy, and as it does so you feel yourself becoming more relaxed,
more filled with love, and see the energy start radiating out of your
body so it now also surrounds your body and make your whole body
surrounded by a great glowing sphere of brilliant pink light and this
powerful energy, your whole body vibrating and radiating this energy,
as it is growing stronger and stronger, knowing that this power will
make you reach your goals and that you are in deep contact with the
spiritual energy I've sent to you as well as the great divine energy
of the endless source of all that is.

Stay in this state for a while and just enjoy it, know that you are
being filled with the powers and great energies to help and assist
you and attune you towards your goals. Relax and let it flow through
your body, up and down from head to toes, several times. Then gently
make it fade away and become invisible, but know that it is still
there within you and empowering you, and that you are connected with
the great source of divine energy and the energy I am sending you.

At the end, once you've made it fade away, but still feel its great
effects, and still know its there just that now invisible, send a
thought of love and thanks to me and the Divine Source for helping
you and giving you this oppurtunity. Stay with the feeling of love
and joy in your being for a while, before you either go to sleep if
you did it at night, or take a nice good deep breath, blow it slowly
out, get up and do your daily business if done at day knowing that the
energy is now within you and that each time you perform this
meditation the effects will increase and the powers will be more
strong and effective.

The more often you perform this exercice, the better results - as said
daily basis is recommended, and it is not something that demands a
lot of time, once you get into this meditation you can easily perform
it all within 5 minutes or so, tough I recommend at least spending 15
minutes to half an hour on it for best effects as long you have the
time on your hands.

Exercice 2 - The Power of OHM
-----------------------------

This exercise is one you can combine with the above exercice if you
want to increase the effects, if so you can do it either before or
after the above meditation. It is also a great meditation to do on
its own.

Mystical sounds is an ancient practice and knowledge handed down for
centuries. It was, and still is used, as mantras to bring your mind
and spirit into a altered state and other vibration level.

In this article I will deal with the sound "OM" and some meditation
technique that is simple to do and will make you fell relaxed and
calm.

I recommend that you do this exercise on daily basis to make its
effects grow, do it in the morning when you wake up, and in the night
before going to bed.

It is also a good exercise to perform if you are stressed, had a bad
day, or just need to chill down some.

Well here is the exercise:

1.
Sit down with you back straight in a chair, with your hands resting on
your lap, one on each leg.

2.
Take a deep fast breath, hold it as long you are able to, then exhale
slowly. Hold out your air as long you are able to, before you repeat
the process and inhale again. Do this 10 times.

3.
While still sitting in the same position, imagine a bright pure
glowing ball down below your feet, maybe with a golden clean glow.
Imagine this ball is pure and clean, filled with love and goodness,
and healing and cleansing powers. Imagine and visualize this ball
start moving slowly up through your legs cleansing you, relaxing all
your muscles, filling you with divine energy, as it proceeds its way
further up your hips and body, relaxing every muscle on its way,
purifying and cleansing and filling you with love and joy. Let the
ball move up trough your body, up through your torso, and finally up
trough your neck and up to the top above your head while relaxing
every muscle on its way and removing all tension. Then imagine the
brilliant ball of golden pure light again go down from top of your
head and this time in opposite direction through your body, relaxing
you, removing all tensions, making you feel good as it pass down your
throat, further down your torso, belly, hip, legs and feet. Let it
rest a short moment at your feet before you repeat the process again
going up and down at least 10 times or until you feel comfortably
relaxed and good.

4.
While still sitting now in a very relaxed state, inhale deeply, and
exhale while vibrating loudly out your mouth through your lungs the
sound OM. It's supposed to follow the whole exhalation, like
"OOOOOooooooohhhhmmmmmmmmmm" while at same time you feel the
vibration of the sound as it flows out of you, making your body and
spirit vibrate in harmony with it. Imagine that at exhalation, all
worries, problems, tensions, pains and bothers is washed out of your
body through the mighty OM sound, and your spirit is vibrating at a
higher spiritual level. Once exhaled, repeat by inhaling again and do
the same process again 12 times or so, or more if you feel like,
until you feel good and relaxed.

5.
Then sit for a moment, contemplate over what you just have done, and
try feel how you have been pured, cleaned and entered a divine state
of being that will stay with you.

Thats all it is to it! Keep practising it and you'll get fine results,
had many positive feedbacks on this procedure. Good luck and enjoy!

The Great White Brotherhood is a Higher Order existing in the Astral Planes, and is run by various ascended masters. It has nothing to do with racism, "White" refers to purity of spirit and soul, as Light. It is also active here in the physical world through various adepts and those in contact with the Masters - but its true location is as said in higher astral planes.

This Brotherhood and its Masters is the direct source behind the origins of other earthly orders such as the Rosicrucians, Theosophical Society, Illuminati and others.

Danger!

Do not open up your soul in this way to a stranger.

A person with the right training can possess you from a distance, make you want evil things, give you nightmares and evil visions if you do not obey, and can exchange their bad karma for your good karma.
After opening yourself up to someone like this it can be terribly difficult to get rid of them, and the experience can leave you permanently damaged.

And there is no need to. The universal spirit already has each of us in its heart. If you find it hard to contact it directly go through Jesus, or ask it to provide you with a guardian angel or spirit guide to help.

Never invite a stranger into your soul.
A person with good intentions would know this is not the way, and would not ask anyone to do this.

Well your points are valid, though I can assure you I have no sinister plans at all.

However, it is even clearly stated that the energy will be to "benefit you and help you with your desired goals" in the statement you perform to receive the energy, so you thus only open up for these good energies.

If you want to assure yourself further, simply state "I will now receive the energies in a way that is only of the best intentions to me and everyone else, to help me and benefit me and be positive in every way, and may my Guardian Angels, Spirit Guides and the True Love of God oversee the process, Amen" if you so desire.

Alternatively, you can let someone try it out first and report back on how it went and if I did something bad to them or not =)

If you are unsure, feel free to listen to your intuition and figure out if I have good intentions or not. Listening to your own inner guide is always the best.

You sound like a good version of one of those psychic vampire things which is a topic for some other thread. I'm sure people on this site will try what you ask them to and you have fun with that. I'm just one of those anger is a gift people (love that line from Rage). Having a peaceful state of mind is nice for tree huggers, I'm a realist - the world we live in sucks ass and it's only going to get worse, enjoy the show.

Dear friends

You are free to decided if you want to take part of this and its benefits or not, and I understand your concerns. People have already taken part of it, and reported back on great results, and perhaps some of them will share their experience with you here so you can see there is nothing sinister going on at all.

I have respect for you being skeptical - that is very good and healthy and more people should be careful about what they believe or take part of.

As I have said, use your own inner guide and intuition to seek if I am honest or not - you should be able to feel if I'm what I am claiming or not.

This has nothing to do with the thread itself- but I need info on something similar. Could what you stated above be also used if you KNOW the person- like say an ex g/f?

If so, I have been in deep trouble for about 2 decades....

The Brotherhood of The White Light

The Brotherhood is made up of two circles. The inner circle and the outer circle

The outer circle of the Brotherhood consists of Master Teachers and Spiritual Leaders who remain in the realm and come to assist those that choose to incarnate on the earth plane. These Master Teachers will assist humans at different levels of their spirituality through their lifetime. As the human grows in their spirtuality their Brother will change to assist in their higher learning.


The inner circle of the Brotherhood are Ascended Masters such as Jesus the High Priest, Buddha, Mohammed, Confucius and St.Germain who were all Spiritual Leaders. They send their Guidance, Love and Teachings to assist humanity for the higher good.

I read the OP and was thinking, "Brotherhood of White, " "Brotherhood of White.." "The Brotherhood of Light". Don't let me decieve you, I don't know more than 'a thing' about it. A hearsay really is all I know. The briefest of experience, really. But I formed an opinion. So here it is.

The above states The Brotherhood of the White Light. The Op states the White Brotherhood. I believe the 'term' White Brotherhood is the focal point of what may have or does dwindle this concept, interest in it, or participation and belief in it.

Which is contrary to it's purpose.

Why is that? And since, that is what it is, why is it allowed to continue. Why not name the brother hood of white, the brother hood of white?

Since the outer circle is comprised of reincarnates (did I percieve this correctly?) then would it not be up to them to actuate human perception as to the community of light? And if their actuation is self naming "White Brotherhood", then it is like saying "I am not such a good manager".


Which prompts the human to step aback from the participation and to investigate why exactly that is.

I mean, "they" know that phrase is looked upon with spite, distrust and wary-by the commoner; pride by those who seek it's higher meaning in a similar format to: (latino, hispanic, st. patties, scotland games, heildburg..ect.I don't know),

But, worse, the misidentification (or correct identification) with White Power or Nazi groups-which as far as I know or don't know, hold tenents of racism. Does not the name work against the stated purpose.

Isn't the perception, however, based upon a US cultural reference ("white power")? Are we so vain as to believe that everyone in the world has the same set of references that "white" means "caucasian"?

I think that we in the US have taken political correctness a step too far, far enough, in fact that we allow petty groups to own words and symbols. I'm not afraid of any symbol. Symbols haven't hurt me, humans have. I'm not afraid of a label. A label hasn't hurt me, it is people that label that have.

It matters not one whit to me that he says "White Brotherhood" instead of "Brotherhood of White Light". If he is who he says he is, I would think their society is above political correctness and would in fact allow the words to stand and the seeker to seek to understand.

Jesus said to judge a tree by its fruits. If he is a good tree he will bear good fruit. I am patient enough to see if he is full of malarky or doing something good. I will not judge someone with an accent that shows he is clearly not from the US or England on their usage of the term. I would rather judge him by his output.

However, it does concern me to allow someone access to my soul or spirit who is not Jesus or say...my mom. But, I think that he is trying to do good and I do not normally say this--in fact, I do not say this about people who channel or claim to be a higher life form. I am usually the first person to say: beware. My mind instantly switches to:... and the devil that deceived them will come as an angel of light. And yet...for his crazy Alice in Chains photo...I get a good feeling from him.

I do understand your skepticism, and you asking questions. This is very good and it is the exact kind of behavior I am looking for. It means you are able to question what you are told and not blindly believe anything.

So, how can you know if I am honest or not, if I'm a deceiver or truthful?

Follow your own intuition, your true Inner Guide, listen to your Own Feelings.

That is the best advice I can give.

But do trust me, if my agenda was that of a sinister one, I would not need to ask you for "opening" your souls (regardless of how wrong that term is) - you are already open enough, in fact you are programmed to be open for deceit and lies, and to be blinded from the truth.

You God, as you call him, is one of great dishonesty, of huge deceit, and the most complex systems of manipulation of your beings - at the level of spirit, soul, body and mind. There is someone responsible for keeping you here, and because of your openess to programming you are keeping yourselves here as well - this is the reason for reincarnation, not because of "karma" or because you are "chosen to" or "supposed to" or any such thing. You live in a Prison without seeing the Walls surrounding you, or even realizing that you live in a Prison.

You are like an animal living in a fenced in national park - believing you live in the boundless freedom, but really only accessing a small part of the total reality.

I just wanted to ask you something about your terminology.

Isn't the Great White Brotherhood associated with Mdme. Blavatsky and the Theosophy belief system, which is also tied in with Alice Bailey and the Lucis Trust?

I was also wondering why you choose the number 13 for the number of breaths in your meditation.

The answers to your first questions are "Yes".

I already explained our connection with Earthly orders and societies such as the Theosophical Society and the Rosicrucian Order etc. This means related through the Great White Brotherhood and what you call "ascended masters".

For your last question, yes 13 has been chosen due to its important and highly spiritual numerologically meaning, as the same way Jesus had 12 disciples, thus being 13 in total and nothing else, and why my physical incarnation's birth date is the 13th day of the year. It also relates to why Humanity on Earth have 12 Zodiacs - in the same manner Jesus had 12 disciples.

This could go on for many other examples, but hopefully this has answered your question at least partially.
