Arizona UFO Footage

UFO filmed over Prescott,Arizona.

Very Strange
Don't think it's CGI and the lady taking the footage sounds genuine enough (and a little bemused).
Any ideas?
It doesn't look like a plane,a kite,a bird,a Chinese lantern,a Lenticular cloud,a Sodium flare or a Mylar balloon filled with swamp gas.

Looks like a good candidate for the "stacking method" deal that's been talked about lately on here.

Listen to the background noise. It sounds like a fair ground. So the lights could be anything.

It also could be a remote controlled vehicle. There were some that appeared a while back, and the object in the video does resemble such a vehicle. It also is doing the same types of maneuvers.

Occam's Razor: It is a remote controlled kit.

I find this video interesting. the lights look like very bright LED's. Could it be a balloon of some sort?

Looks a bit high up for rc controlled. I have a x-ufo and it wouldn't fly nearly that high.
