What is the official phoenix lights data?

Consider that at least 10000 souls saw the Phoenix lights phainomenon its can more than generally be accepted that it happened at that point of space and time.
What are the official observations and responses?
i mean what about radar, civil + mil. planes , the army, the police, the local authorities?
I live in Europe and dont have any info on that.

Yes....sexy video/story....

but is was baloons, that's all...look at the split day and night screen....it's clear they 'disappear' after going down over the mtn range....

i think the most commonly agreed on theory about the Phoenix lights is that there were four or more events that took place that day and night and the ten o'clock event was most likely Military flares that were part of a diversion plan to confuse the public.

that's what i believe anyways
