Evil is a religious word. I try to separate biological urges from pure spiritual being or "light being".

Biologically we are programmed to survive and reproduce. Even the smallest organisms - like those nasty viruses. Then mix biology with human intelligence. I would hate to think of ants with human intelligence.

I also believe many - not all - predators are born hard-wired. We know humans are not always born physically perfect - those are visible to our eyes. And some are born with faulty brain wiring that is obvious - - - but I also believe a percentage of humans are born with (currently) undetected faulty wiring making them malevolent.

Is power & greed genetic? Is pacifism genetic? How much is one affected by the wiring of their brain vs nurturing - - and/or social/monetary positioning?

If you are a gentle loving soul who has been given a human vessel biologically wired to be greedy or malevolent - - - how much real influence would you have?

I feel that I have been personally awake for quite some time, so I am unfortunately unable to share an experience with you, but I can give you a quick description of what that has made me like. I am an eccentric by nature, and very outgoing. I am an optimist because I believe that there such a thing as fate and destiny. I am always rather calm, but I get in trouble at school for day dreaming quite often. I am indeed a dreamer and have started to become more receptive to ideas. I know that until something has been disproved, you truly can't tell me it does not exist. I hope that helps a bit. ^-^

I don't think it's the wiring, Annee, as much as it's the conditioning and the programming from birth; look at the Amish society; they are low tech, laid back, hard working, and very close knit in family and altogether a caring and nurturing group.

we have the advantage over the animal kingdom, for we can think instead of just do; unfortunately, most only think of themselves.

The Amish have their problems too. Have you ever lived amongst them (I have not) or read up on them?

As I say "Idealism" is a nice word. I love the idealistic perception of the Amish. We have Mennonites here. But how ideal is it really?

Honestly though - I am in your corner on this one - at least the idealistic version. I think we would fair better if we lived simply and lived primarily off the land in organized communal groups. Mandatory religion I would have a problem with.

I would not want to give up my computer as I have many interests including social anthropology.

Back to personal awakenings - - - I believe part of all this is - - we are separating from our physical and embracing the spiritual energy side more.

We are all one people, beings of spirit spending time in a human experience; I grew with the hippies and "Nam, all the bull from the 60's onward, and we should live in harmony with nature, not rape it and piss on it, but that is the monkey way.

I am tired of living at the zoo in the monkeyhouse, I would rather be in mother Nature's grace and arms.

I think there a process of awakening within us, that is partly due to the choices we made before incarnating here, and for me the answer lies as well in the very organized and cooperative efforts many different groups of our visitors have been made, as this is a deliberate agenda and needed to ensure the survival of our world, and its renewal. We are meant to awaken, not in a stark rude way that might do more harm than good, but gradually more and more people are going through this process in a time when our world is being held in the grip of fascist elites who have all but destroyed the natural balance by their profits in plundering our resources and fossil fuels, while burying the best advances human kind could have benefited from in terms of energy, clean technology and medical breakthroughs. Our awakening is being promoted and directed by those who wish to help.

I agree with you.

But - do you believe there is a specific timeline ahead? And why - - if other then political. Meaning - something like will it be necessary for evolved beings (here on earth and elsewhere) to act in a way to prevent physical destruction of the planet as well as human obliteration.

I have been told by a Wiccan psychic "friend" that I am a "Foundation Builder". That I was scheduled to come with early arrivals to help lay out an energy foundation grid to support the later arrivals given the identifiers of Lightworker/Indigo/Crystal/Rainbow.

Perhaps this is why I had such difficulty in my early years. There was literally nothing or no one to relate to. Metaphysics in this country was not well known or wide spread back in the 50s. I'm (with my mother) an actual original member of Dr. Ernest Holmes - Church of Religious Science - Los Angeles CA. My mother was also "connected" - but she never once talked with me about it - until way into my adulthood.
