Then you're only fooling yourself. You'll never find enlightment by pointing fingers outward from you. However, I understand it is a long road. You'll see I was right. The smoke screen is the illusion you create. The smoke screen is the evil you see other men doing because you are you and not those other men. You don't clearly see what it is they are doing. You only falsely perceive evil in others.

This sounds kind of like Jean-Jacques Rousseau - Philosopher, 1712 - 1778

It doesn't really sound like your own thoughts.

The spiritual growth is the desired path, Annee, and I could care less about religion; one thing I brought back from my NDE is the Creator is interested in our soul/spirit developement and doesn't give a flip about religion; the soul is eternal, religion is a power play of man about man for control over man and does not serve any purpose other than greed and control.

We don't have any argument there

We are of the Creator - our thoughts are who we are and should be in harmony.

LOL - I didn't speak until I was 3 1/2 - - while sitting at the dinner table - reaching out going Ahhhhhh Ahhhhhhhh - - my mother said "I don't know what you want" - - and I very plainly responded "I want that piece of toast".

Sounds to me more like border line hungry, or toast loving or both. Maybe everything was going along just as planned until then. You know what they say the best laid plans of mice and toast!

They have hardly gotten me to stop talking since I first spoke and spoke my first sentence. My first word/(s)/setence was 'mom I found this safety pin on the floor and was afraid Laura (my little sister) might step on it'

Realizing through another long six months of silence my second words/sentence was "shut the d*mn door, it's cold in here".

No doubt the toast would have likely gotten me talking too!

Namaste Annee

Agreed, Mystiq, for if the process was not slow, just up and slammed everyone awake, there would be panic and utter chaos rampant thru the world.

First there is that "something is not right" feeling, that went to realization, shock, dis-belief, anger, studied quiet analysis and thought, to calm determination and decision.

I firmly believe that many are here to help and walk among us everyday; that is another reason I smile and speak to everyone I meet, for I am at peace inside now and it shows, and I want everyone to find that peaceful, easy feeling; I am far from happy with the state of our society and world, but know now why it is so, and the first step towards change is to let others see and perhaps stimulate them to ask why, and start to see.

Good post, my friend.
