The page header with Bill Gates now has him sporting some indiscernable bling-bling and a 40oz, with fu prominently placed next to his head.

That's another good one. Today is a good day...

It's been there for quite a while. It didn't disappear, it just randomly changes every time you refresh.
I have no idea what the FU or 40oz. signifies, other than a joke Windows F('d) U(p) edition.

It's an image from a speech Billy-boy gave where the backdrop image said "Windows Future"

So just the beer and the bling-bling have been added for our amusement...

That 'fu' back there seems more prominent with the other props. Maybe it just rounds out the theme.
