Who are you directing that at, exactly? Southern Guardian? How is Southern Guardian going to get Obama to produce whatever certificate is going to necessary to satisfy these demands. You say that as if Southern Guardian has the President Elect's ear and is able to influence what he does.

Although, let's be honest, Obama could go round to everyone's house with the certificate and it still won't stop this particularly conspiracy will it? If he did that tomorrow, these kinds of threads will still be appearing. 'What was he hiding? Why did he stall for so long? What happened when he went back to Hawaii? Who was he buying off? and so on.

Great points, Southern. I'm afraid much of your research falls on some deaf ears, but it's important, nonetheless. Some lawyers become VERY popular by being involved in high-profile cases and I think both Berg and Keyes are hoping a lawsuit against the most popular president in many years is their ticket to fame. (Had anyone heard of Phil before this?)

Even losers become popular and get a hike in business. These guys are both multiple losers in their fields and are grasping at what they see as the brass ring...

The problem with these suits is they state several vague charges. They include "Obama might have been born in Kenya" or "he could be a citizen of Indonesia" or maybe "he's possibly not really a natural-born citizen of the US", but they don't settle on one charge because they're not sure of any of them, so they cover all the bases in hopes of a deeper investigation to turn up something! Please! SOMETHING! They're desperate to find SOMETHING to keep this man out of the White House, so they bring lawsuits with multiple possiblecharges and hope that something will stick or "turn up".

If they had any real evidence, they'd go for ONE charge and present solid evidence. Everything they have is circumstantial, at best.

I wish I had a dollar for everytime this has been pointed out on this forum.

The big snafu with certificate of live birth is in Hawaii you have up to one year after birth to request one. So obviously you can see the gaping hole here that the certificate is proof that his mother was in Hawaii when BO was born.

Couple that with Obama traveling to Hawaii in the middle of his campaign during the Russian/Georgian conflict to seal his birth records and you have the recipe for a major conspiracy (and this is the right place for conspiracies).

I guess we will all find out December 1st..

Either way, he could more likely that not likely get a fake certificate or truly be a us citizen..

You can follow Obama money all the way to factcheck.org. Not to mention the certificate of live birth says at the bottom, "Any alterations invalidates this certificate" or something to that tune. For one, the serial number is blacked out. That is one alteration. For two, the whole thing is reversed. That would be alteration number 2. He's a trojan horse people. Wake up. Birth certificate or no birth certificate. A damn trojan horse. Just wait and see. We who deny ignorance will show you. Just like with the economic collapse. BTW, Those of you who think Obama is a savior, might as well chip yourself now.

The nation at large, the DNC, hell even the Republican party has been satisfied by Obama's birth certificate.
