Instead of discussing the BC issue head-on, you first attack the sources then you attack the people who are involved in this investigation.

How many more of these "Please stop attacking Obama" threads are going to be spawned?

Just have BO produce his BC. End of issue.

A certification of live birth is a short form used in place of a birth certificate.

... Limited information is taken from the original birth record (the long form) and stored in a database that can be accessed quickly when birth certificates are needed in a short amount of time. ... The short form typically includes the child's name, date of birth, sex, and place of birth...

So... If the "short form" is information taken directly from the "long form" and it includes the place of birth, that's ALL we need to know. Right?

He was born IN HAWAII and is therefore eligible for his new job. I know... that's not good enough for some.

Great points, Southern. I'm afraid much of your research falls on some deaf ears, but it's important, nonetheless. Some lawyers become VERY popular by being involved in high-profile cases and I think both Berg and Keyes are hoping a lawsuit against the most popular president in many years is their ticket to fame. (Had anyone heard of Phil before this?)

Even losers become popular and get a hike in business. These guys are both multiple losers in their fields and are grasping at what they see as the brass ring...

The problem with these suits is they state several vague charges. They include "Obama might have been born in Kenya" or "he could be a citizen of Indonesia" or maybe "he's possibly not really a natural-born citizen of the US", but they don't settle on one charge because they're not sure of any of them, so they cover all the bases in hopes of a deeper investigation to turn up something! Please! SOMETHING! They're desperate to find SOMETHING to keep this man out of the White House, so they bring lawsuits with multiple possiblecharges and hope that something will stick or "turn up".

If they had any real evidence, they'd go for ONE charge and present solid evidence. Everything they have is circumstantial, at best.

The little car insurance card we carry in our cars and on our persons is not our insurance policy, either. But it's still considered "Proof of Insurance". The information on that card comes directly from the policy. Same with the CoLB.

Another interesting thing you should know. Obama didn't register for selective service until 2008.
Have a look at this
Thread

By not registering with selective service he violated federal law and is still within the statute of limitations. and if convicted he would be a convicted felon and ineligible to vote hold a senate seat let alone be POTUS!

fter contacting the Selective Service System for an answer several times since late June, Pajamas Media obtained official confirmation from the Selective Service System via email that Barack Obama did indeed register for the Selective Service as required by law, and is eligible to run for the presidency.

Mr. Owens,

Barack Hussein Obama registered at a post office in Hawaii. The effective registration date was September 4, 1980.

His registration number is 61-1125539-1.

Daniel Amon
Public Affairs Specialist

It is difficult to determine why no one had confirmed Obama’s Selective Service registration until now. The mainstream media may have had no interest in pursuing the story for a multitude of valid reasons.

I know, I know, It's Wikipedia. Verifiable though.

en.wikipedia.org...

FactCheck.org is a nonprofit, nonpartisan website that describes its own goal as "[reducing] the level of deception and confusion in U.S. politics." It is a project of the Annenberg Public Policy Center of the Annenberg School for Communication at the University of Pennsylvania, and is funded primarily by the Annenberg Foundation.

Barack Obama was a founding member, chairman, and president of the Chicago Annenberg Challenge, which was also funded by the Annenberg Foundation. The president and chairwoman of the foundation, Leonore Annenberg, born in 1918, endorsed John McCain in the 2008 presidential election.

There. are you happy?

Can you prove anything, or are you towing the party line as well?
Not an uno liner.

He did, actually. Why don't you people bother researching before you open your mouths?

[edit on 16-11-2008 by TheWalkingFox]

No he didn't. It's funny when noticing how other people aren't doing the research when yourself haven't done your homework properly. He produced a certificate of live birth and not a birth certificate. This document hasn't been shown yet. Other then that we have few claims from people at Hawaii hospital, that's all. Claims without any physical prove aren't facts, are they? How hard is to make public a document that's becoming a pain in Obama's butt and end for good all the controversy surrounding this story? The way I see it, VERY EASY and damn logical. Then why is not being shown? Can you answer to that?
