I wonder what would be the point in lying upon the 38 levels thing... what would they gain doing that? Just a thought.

Agreed this is how it works but I can see how people get confused. I would guess that those in charge muck around with classifications to compound the confusion. Aside from everything else something big is being covered up though, its simply a question of "Why".

Stanton Friedman is a disinfo agent. They are working for disclosure at a certain level so the questions will stop. If they reveal enough, people will quit asking questions about it and the disclosure campaigns will lighten up.

This is only done to keep the lid on the really big stuff. If you were seeking the truth about extraterrestrial life, and you received the absolute answer to that question then you would not have the need to ask about it anymore.

It would be like, "you got what you wanted now shut up and leave us alone"

Friendman knows about Blue Beam and knows what they will use it for. He knows about a lot more than people know.

Just my two cents - but as we all know we are about to witness disclosure at some level and that is a start.

My guess is they made some kind of agreement or pact to one of these extraterrestrial beings - like they can abduct a certain amount of human beings within a certain time frame for whatever purpose - in order to keep the peace or save us the pain of being attacked or taken over.

Obviously since these beings would be "much" older and much more advanced - one only need look at their craft and the technology - our Government at that point would have had no other choice but to go along.

I think the contract is up/or broken and they are preparing for something big coming our way. I also think the other Nations that are involved also know something is going to happen thus the rush back to the moon and space travel.

They are not concerned with achieving new moon landings - it is a cover - they are preparing and prepping!

Perhaps war, perhaps we have the technological particle capability now and can defend somewhat against this threat!

Secret knowledge - is an oxymoron. And worse...

What does it mean? You have some knowledge, but you want to keep it secret. This forces you to act in denial of your knowledge.

Denial of knowledge is ignorance.

Now, how does it work?

This "secret knowledge" affects us (others) even though we don't know what it is. It is so because those who possess secret knowledge turn everybody else (those who don't have their secret knowledge) into enemies, into those from whom they guard their "secret" knowledge.

Facing secret knowledge is like facing vacuum. It draws you out of your skin.

You try to fill this vacuum with your imagination, and that's all you get - fantasy...

The real consequence is that you are rendered passive, or reactive - you react to ignorance, you are powered by ignorance.

Let's try to be creative.

What is the effect of those who keep secrets (sometimes in our names)?
Animosity. Division. Opposition.


What are the possibilities?

1 - There are aliens who are exactly the same as our governments - secretive, inimical, institutionalized, power-mongering, hypocritical, etc...

Perhaps it is better for all of us to stay away from them...

2 - There are aliens who only communicate with individuals (those who are not delegated to speak in other people's names).

There would be no need to prove such contacts, since they are exclusively personal. Nor would that be possible. (Anarchist aliens ).

3 - There are no aliens. The very idea of aliens turned into "secret knowledge" generates enough black energy to make certain things inherent to the establishment run - secrecy, illegal activities and practices, claiming that certain information are confidential.

Let's be practical, the third option seems to me the most operational.

It can be used by the ptb any time and in any occasion when their responsibility for what they do is demanded. They always hide behind secrecy (denial of knowledge).

Someone is trying to sell us this idea of 38 levels above top secret because it is a perfect way to claim IGNORANCE where ignorance should be a disqualifying criteria for anyone in office!!!

Think about it. This is the tangible evidence we have.

38 levels above top secret? Aliens, UFOs, Particulisation?
Anyone who believes that, I got a crater on Mars to sell you.

I too have to give you a star and flag for this post OP. Haven't seen this before and found it compelling. Although I would posit that George W Bush Snr; of any president; would have had a COSMIC clearance given his background. I have always felt that he was "positioned" as President to oversee an important transition and the first Gulf War was a diversion to deflect the eyes of the world away from other events.

If you separate who knows what it is easier for the government to intimidate people who are “in the know”. If someone leaks information it makes it easier for the government to trace that information directly back to them. I honestly believe this is why only relatively small amounts of people are in on this particular conspiracy, and know everything there is to know.

...so you believe that the us govt is covering up UFO's? You believe that they are capable of covering up the existence of intelligent alien life in space.. But they wouldn't cover up the real reasons behind 9/11?

I assure you, Top Secret belongs to virtually every gov't worker, secondee, whatever. TS is nothing.

As for "proving" someone to be a fraud, what do you think that proves to us? It proves there was something someone wanted hidden. The "proof of misconduct" or anything else any Western government chooses to pursue to shut someone up deserves a helluvalotta consideration by the general public.

Think about what they have to lose. We might just lynch them if we found out.

The calibre and credibility (not to mention sheer number) of these prominent high ranking military officials and government academics/scientists willing to give open,sworn testimony to the U.S. congress about the reality of the UFO/OVNI subject is hard to refute.
I realise UFO cynics just like to wilfully ignore all these testimonies and hope they go away but its worth pointing out that,in America,people get executed for far less credible circumstantial evidence than this every day.

A fascinating video, starred and flagged. While I do agree that Lt Col Corso has seen some wild things, I think his book is marred with too many mistakes. This may have to do with his failing memory and a co-writer of the book who wanted to make money and fudged the truth by adding to it. I think the testimony of the other officers and NCOs is telling. Ike's speech on military industrial complex is still chilling, and notice how it has not been heeded.

It seems to me that your one of those people that believe that our system is just, and that everything is in order.
I'm a Nazi, I don't believe in democracy, I believe in nationalism, Monarchy or dictator, whichever you want. I'm a racist ass, but have friends who are black. I also believe that democracy could work, but only with the right people, until then... it'll never work. Why? too many people passing the buck. Anyway... Prime Minister, Queen, King or President never will know everything. Just as President Eisenhower had said about cooperations, groups of individuals gaining alot of power... and even authority cannot deal with. It's hard to believe at times that the United States government sold itself to the Mafia to have there help in Italy with the Nazis of WW2, but... the truth is always changed. However, I'll never believe that the President or whoever is in power legitmately will know everything going thats going on. Now, I'd believe anything happening in Russia, would most definitely pass through Putin's hands or else your dead. Its the same with China's long running communist President of a chinese democracy. However, in our political systems thats viewed as just, and politicaly truthful and honest... *cough* *cough* you know they are always lying through there teeth... taken big fat "gift" payments and stuff, with nice new cars and houses at the taxpayers expense. Sorry, the last "just" governments we had died long ago, now that they have established themselves, and lost power to cooperations when everything changed from state controlled to privatisation. Until "we" the people decide we've had enough, and rise up as our forefathers had done many times from many nations when they were being strangled, we'll never know the truth about anything.

I don't know about this "38" levels thing but COSMIC clearance is a NATO clearance level and represents the highest and most sensitive. There are 5 other levels from that point before it goes back to the individual country.

As a prior service member dealing in communications, TS and ATS clearance are easily obtained. After that I do not know what or how the higher ranks keep info classified among themselves, but certainly there are levels in place even if they are not disclosed.

It's funny to watch all of these people who were trusted with the highest secrets in the military finally come out on video and see a bunch of arm-chair patriots claim they are bunk.

Wake up people, quit being petty and put pressure on whomever you can to disclose the truth.

I spent 12 years in the intelligence community, and I can safely say that compartmentalization of information is the method used to protect sources and methods of information gathering and control. It's not really based on a malignant desire to 'keep' secrets from one another, it's a tool used to manage information and ensure that it's consumers can immediately assess the value it has in context with the information content.

Compartmentalization should not be confused with 'higher' and 'lower' levels. It's just more of a 'flavor' of information. Code words are used to control the channels in which certain information types flow. It also prevents any single organization or entity from monopolizing the information in an environment where everyone is competing for funds and resources.

I don't know about you guys, but it seems to me that if there are disinformation agents tasked with keeping the 'truth' fluid, they would also be highly cleared. You cannot effectively conceal or distort information unless you know exactly what it is your supposed to be 'protecting.' I am disinclined to consider Dr. Freidman a disinfo agent, unless someone can point to a situation where he withheld or lied about information.

EDIT TO ADD: I wouldn't say that clearances are 'easy' to obtain. They are costly to verify and require a lot of groundwork to secure. But other than that, I'm sure there are folks out there who get 'rubber stamped' into higher clearances, although 'access' is another matter entirely.
