I guesssed a rex lop would be some kind of rabbit and looked it up to make sure. I've had a great time looking at bunny pictures.

For any society to work you couldn't have a "grand poobah". A single figurehead would cause too much dissention within the ranks. You would need

To set up a secret society, you will need to ask yourself the following...
Set-Up
What will my secret society be called?
What is my secret society's ultimate goal, and how will I accomplish it?
Beliefs
What are my secret society's political, religious, and ethical and moral beliefs?
Will my secret society be involved in current or historic events, or both?
What will my secret society ultimately fight or stand up for?
Structure
Will there be a single founder? If so, will he or she have supreme rule over my secret society?
Will there be a council? If so, how many people? And if there is not a supreme ruler, will the council rule?
Will there be ranks within my secret society? If so, what does each member gain by elevating their rank?
How will I ensure secrecy?
Benefits
What knowledge will my secret society possess?
What incentive do prospective members have to join my secret society?
Meetings & Publicity
Where will meetings be held?
Do I wish to be a publicly known secret society or a "covert" one?
Will I have an official web site?
Is my secret society intended to be a simulation for entertainment purposes or a real one for real political or other aims?
Do I intend to get involved in activism and politics in my community through my secret society?
Once you have answered these questions, you will be at least slightly on your way to establishing a stable secret society. I'm interested, so u2u me
