Many of you may have noticed the obviously shift to the far left on MSNBC. During the campaign they made no attempt to hide their love for Obama. Even changing their slogan to "The Power of Change". Combine that with Chris Mathew's statements about it being his "job"to make sure this presidency is successful and his desire to be a senator and this all starts to become troubling.

You might think its just MSNBC, but in reality its all the AP echno chamber news organizations. That includes ABC, CBS, NBC, MSNBC, CNN, PBS and the typical left wing print media.

From Fox News Market Watch:
VIDEO:
www.eyeblast.tv...
JIM PINKERTON: Well, Matthews is entitled to his opinion, although if he wants to run for the Senate in Pennsylvania in 2010 as has been widely reported he should resign and not have a platform on the air.

But I think that the overall culture of MSNBC was established when they changed their slogan, post-election, to "The Power of Change" [another story NB was first to report]. Now, that sounds a little bit familiar to the Obama campaign "Change We Can Believe In." Maybe that's not an accident.

But of course, I think the big story here, I think it goes right to what MSNBC's up to as a strategy, is the news that the FDIC, which is now following election returns, is guaranteeing $139 billion of General Electric Capital debt. That's General Electric Capital, as in General Electric, which is the parent company of MSNBC, CNBC, NBC. Now, for a $139 billion guarantee, I'd consider, I'd probably go more, I'd probably go all the way over to the Olbermann/Maddow territory. $139 billion.

This is based on the News that GE has received a 13 billion dollar loan guarantee.

www.bloomberg.com...
Nov. 12 (Bloomberg) -- General Electric Co. said the U.S. government agreed to insure as much as $139 billion in debt for lending arm GE Capital Corp., the second time in a month it has turned to a federal program designed to help companies during a global credit crunch.

No offense, but I don't see how that "opposes the charge". It doesn't say anything about MSNBC's taking up Obama slogans and claiming its their job to make him successful.

If you ask me, thats the most damning evidence. If it was Bush and Fox, this wouldn't even be up for discussion.

Joe Scarborough, 3 hour show 5 days a week, a former Republican Rep. Pat Buchanon(Thanks to person correcting me), on every show every day, a hardcore Republican. All but one show has GOP people on it, one of them was a Pennsylvania Republican House member. Then for one hour a day, five days a week, you have Keith Olbermann. So, out of 168 hours a week you have five hours with a liberal person. Yeah, real left wing. And my point remains, Joe gets three hours a day, Keith one, so at a three to one ratio they have republicans on. Not to mention again Pat, the GOP Strategists they get on there, and Republican Reps and Senators. Rachel Madow had the Republican Senator running in Georgia on. But not the Dem. So there's more time GOP and no Dem. So again how are they left wing? MSNBC has 163 hours of Moderate/Republicans, then 5 hours of ultra liberal a week. Fox has 167.99 of Republicans and .01 of moderate on. CNN had a toss up.

Ohh please. Scarborough is a completely neutered RINO who is flanked by several frothing at the mouth liberals. Pat is the only really right leaning guy on the network and they always put him up against a bunch of liberals.

I mean come on:

-Rachel Meadow
-Chris "Tingle up my leg" Mathews
-David "I wana be Chris Mathews" Shuester
-David Gregory
-Norah O'Donnell

In fact, this whole list

Its an echo chamber.

Rachel Madow had GOP Senator from Georgia on, not the Dem running against him. She also has Pat on her show. Pat is on so much IDK when he eats or sleeps or uses the bathroom. He's literally on almost every show except for one. She also has the Penn. GOP Rep on their a lot. She also had RON PAUL!*SPAZ* on. And Bob Barr. And... In other words just more GOP BS against MSNBC because they have five hours of ultra liberal on compared to the other 163 hours dedicated to Republicans or Moderates.

Well as for the conspiracy theorists... the Media is no longer a top-down organisation.

That went the way of the do-do when CNN started selling coveragte to affiliates. So now it is a reverberating feedback loop.

The good thing though is that no one is in charge of it. So it is basically an emergent system which follows rules no one can control.

Thank goodness for chaos!

Oh and for the record.. I LOVE MSNBC. It's good to see something balance out FOX. CNN tends to be right in the middle, at least now that Beck is gone.

I am afraid that you are wrong with your information, especially the sequence of events.
This GE Capital money is part of a bailout that was passed before the election. It's got nothing to do with Obama other than the fact that he just like many republicans voted for it.

Good try though.

How does MSNBC balance it out? Fox is all right wing all the time. MSNBC is right wing or moderate 163 hours a week with 5 hours to a ultra liberal. But then again he is pretty liberal, IDK if he's liberal enough to out balance the 168 hours of right wing BS on Fox. Also, Fox hires Bush Cabinet members. MSNBC just hires Republican House Members, Senators, and other spokespersons. Still haven't figured out when Pat Buchanon sleeps or eats or uses the bathroom since he's on every show all day long.

obama got for his campaign.

I always love statements like this...will we get to the bottom of it or will it be covered up.

There are more than two possibilities. Maybe we WILL get to the botom of it...it WONT be covered up AND it is just as boring as it appears and is not a conspiracy at all.

Doesn't Paulson direct where the funds go?
Henry Paulson is a closet Obama fanatic? and is giving GE Capital this money due to MSNBC's far left wing slant (as percieved by the far right?)

Geez ...they all must have planned and created the global financial crisis, setting the wheels in motion for Global economic depression years ago in anticipation that Obama might run and MSNBC could then give biased coverage and then closet Obama fanatic Henry Paulson, (who must have known he would recieve the bush appointment years and years before it happened) would be able to ask and recieve bailout funds from taxpayers in a ruse about a deeply troubled world economy which would then allow him to then then pay off MSNBC by bailing out their parent GE Capital (who coincidentially actually is a financial institution - but I am sure it is just a ploy to pay MSNBC for Lefty coverage)...who would also have to feign financial trouble! IT ALL MAKES SENSE.

I see it so clearly!!!
