spontaneous awsome spots.

I visited my friend in the Montrose area of Houston, and it blew my mind how much cooler it was there, the people all looked intelligent and attractive, and you could just tell they had good tastes in music. When i started to think about it, i realized that there are lots of places like this all around the country.
Deep ellum in Dallas, North Austin... that's just in Texas.

What makes these areas so attractive for these people? In most cases the awesome place will be next to some gross factories...

Interesting title....

I assume that it is all a matter of perspective. I have never heard such glowing praise of Houston before. It makes me wonder what it is like in your home town.

I live in Houston as well, just in a much more... less great? area.
