Prof, I apologise for painting all professors with a broad brush but, you MUST see this in your own academic force within your school! This is especialy true in the JUCO system. The schools in my area are buying text books that bare no resemblance to the texts that I was taught with and the socialist slant is VERY evident. Sorry if I offended you my friend.

Oh no, you didn't offend me at all. I was agreeing with you, and believe me, I am as outraged as you are about this. I should let you know, that I was in the extreme minority, and in fact, my colleagues virtually ostracized me for my teaching methods, but I kept true to my dedication to my students until I retired. Someday, I may write a book, and let the American public know what really goes on, in the colleges, in faculty meetings, committees, and administrative committees. Being a conservative at a college or university makes one "the odd man out", to say the least. My reward though, was from my students, who filled my classes to overflow. They knew they would learn in my class, rather than become parrots.

No man , I don't mean they're gay that has nothing to do with it. By now MOST of us should have a good gauge of what the truth is if you've looked hard enough.
