I have good friends that deal directly with NAPS (Nishnabe Aski Police Service), and NAPS have absolutely nothing to do with this video.

However, Naps is severely underfunded. They are about 99% less funded than the Ontario Police despite them both being official government police services. As far as conspiracies go the government of Canada is doing a terrible job of giving Native people the right to police their way and is systematically trying to destroy this organization which does a very good job despite horrid working conditions... Can't kill the spirit hey?

IMO this whole alien body thing in Quebec looks fake.

Yeah, i pretty much figured it wasn't NAPS, we're just trying to connect the proverbial dots. Dots that probably dont exist here. As I think about it, if it were a Native American Agency that were on the scene for such an event -I wonder if they'd continue the scharade of a cover-up? Back to trying to find that report........

I did see that one on my search. I thought its a possibility and what are the chances they might've stitched it on upside down (with a purpose). I know that seems unlikely but yeah if that were the case, the resembelance is there. Good searchin .

At the start of the video it says " hiver 92" and what looks like annonciation
hiver in french means winter, so that gives us an idea of the time when it happened.


just noticed it says the year on it....silly me.

What is with . . . at the 16 second mark . . . . the reflection of someone holding a camera in the top middle??? Is it now the standard to video tape photos nowadays or what?


Looks cool. I get a sense of the variety of these things after seeing so many. The tripped out one you could see the actual eyes and pudgy face. As you would know from watching the Roswell investigation that the black eyes are actual shaded contact lenses.


Also about the alien with the branch. This appeared to be a branch that was frozen to the body. You could almost say it fell out of a tree holding on to it or maybe the branch fell on the corpse.

Ok nevermind the branch its wires or rescue lines.


Frozen bodies must be really heavy. LOL.

man, my search is coming up empty. like TAB cans . I wonder if its not a hoax if its 'film grabs' from a movie.

Intriguing. It looks paper machied but then again, we've never seen an actual ET. They could all look like plasticiney for all we know.

I do find that the head and facial features of the thing in the video looks remarkably similar to the supposed ET in the Romanek video. I find that interesting.

To be honest I dont know why I am still messing with this case as I personally do not believe it to be real. I just cant dismiss the feeling that with so much crap on the net..someone could actually post a real picture of a EBE and we wouldn't even KNOW IT. How ironic.

Well I don't know about your chakra, but my jaw kept going up and down as I was ROFL.

The first one looks like a deflated Michelin.

That site has been posted several times, one of those times they were announcing a "human face" near a "top secret base" on google earth. That pixelated piece of ground looked like a cocker spaniel more than a human, or more precisely, just random pixels.

Bottom line: don't trust that site. It would be down if it had any truthful information.

You know... no matter how hard to believe or want, they'll never post this sort of stuff on the News, unless its made out to be fake if it is real. Nearly all the bloody unexplained sightings etc that cannot be proved to be fake are mocked as fake. The point is, even if it is real, no one will believe it, and governments know this. Atleast one day, the truth will be revealed... but I gotta say, these "aliens" or whatever match descriptions from alot of very well educated people from government to military. Ahwell.

Well, You know that is a difficult question. If I'd have somehow be in a position to have a live and injured "alien" that trys to communicate with me, or whatever (because I don't know) I'd help the alien (I'm use to alot of sci-fi stuff) so as long as it doesn't have massive teeth, and look very scary, I'd help the alien... publicity? lol, money? lol, i'd have Secret government agencies all over me, and I'd more than likely be told to shut my mouth unless I knew who the hell to goto first, and have myself protected and probably the chinese government would be best out the whole lot, my government "the british" would sell me out to the US. Anyway... as I said, I'd help as much as I could and If the alien passed, I have no idea, hope that the friends come or whatever... not sure, tricky situation... but not in a million damn years will I think my government will help me.

Im sorry but how on Earth can anyone think this is legit, even for a microsecond? This is one of the worst, most ridiculous "alien" video I think Ive ever seen. The bodies are quite blatantly not actually lifeforms but mere models/dummies/whateveryouliketocallthem, look at the one thats (laughably) being propped up, if you honestly think it looks genuine then I feel sorry for you. Im not usually one to make posts that could offend, but come on, you cant tell me you're taking this seriously?
