My TENS/EMS electrodes stopped sticking after the first week of use...

Raven if you have not yet tried a TENS device then you should definitely give one of those a shot


I cannot vouch for this painmaster patch tho, no personal experience.

Does stretching, yoga help at all with your pain?

Also, there is a potent numbing cream made from the capsaicin of peppers I remember seeing a documentary about. I'm sure you could get it prescribed somewhere.

Yeah it functions thank god. I have it taped on and I have more patches but it only comes with three replacement patches so I dont want to waste them.

The box says it is water proof. But I can tell you the patches are not..... Oh well...My fault!!!!
