Seems pretty much illegal. The fact that you have to sign up because you're born with a penis is typical. Guys get the short end of the stick all
over society, but somehow it's women's rights and issues that always get the focus.
It is weird that they have you sign up though. Why go through the trouble of getting a signature if you HAVE TO sign up anyways. The whole point of
asking you to sign you're name is indicative of you having a choice.
I signed up, never went, probably too old now. Wouldn't have gone if they enlisted me anyways though. I'll sign my name if it keeps you off my
back, but it doesn't mean I'm not totally lying about whatever I'm signing up for.

I'm not sure about that one, but I'd think that would basically be suicide. Join the military, yet refuse to kill someone when on the battlefield,
so you get shot. I still think it's a better idea to just sign it and then refuse to go if need be.
Good news is, there's a small chance that a draft will be necessary any time in the near future. I really wouldn't worry about it too much, but
that's just my opinion.

Overall, it doesn't really matter. You know right from wrong. If I ever get a draft paper in the mail, I can gaurentee it will burn to ashes before I
consider it.
If they can't get an army together because people won't volunteer, then that means the government isn't worth fighting for. The moment a draft is
enlisted it the moment I will no longer honor any legal contract put in place by the government or it's affiliates.

Where do you people live? Selective service has been around for a long time. This is not a conspiracy.
The Selective Service Act of 1917 (40 Stat. 76) was passed by the Congress of the United States on May 18, 1917 creating the Selective Service System.
Don't think there is a real need for alarm. If it is against your beliefs or whatever there are a plethora of ways to not be drafted if it came to
be.

Selective service wanted me to join when I was 8 years old. Sent me the letter and a razor blade. I guess someone screwed up and thought I was born in
74 and not 84. That was certainly scary, especially with my older brother antagonizing me about it.
Unless there is some sort of Elementary school indoctrination that I missed. =p

Looks like Obama's very own SS are getting their ducks in a row.
Well you could always make a scribble for a signature and spell everything poorly. Write in a way that handwriting analysis shows the writer a
dangerous unpredictable narcissistic person and use the phrase for god is great as a post script or under your signature.
If ever it goes to interview randomly cuss (terettes syndrome from hell) and piss yourself right there. Scratch your face like a meth addict and
conveniently develop problems wit your motor skills. Yell " I like to make werewolf movies!" and go all happy like turtleboy saying "I like
tuutles" etc. I think you might know where I'm going with this. Hehehehe.
They'll know quickly that you aren't suitable for anything they have in mind sparing target practice or arts n crafts.

If you have ever been admitted to a psych. ward that's a big red flag.
Pretend to try and kill yourself and that will get you admitted.
One of the questions they ask when doing the physical is have you ever thought about killing yourself. You can say yes and then explain to them what
you have all tried to do it. You need to say on a weekly basis to this question as if you say daily they might suspect your trying to get out of
it.
Heart problems will also keep you out.
Tell them your a raging alcoholic and take the 12 step program but arrive at your physical drunk.
If you test positive for drugs chances are your out as last thing they want is a tank driver on acid lol...

One other way I just thought of.
If you go to a local Dr. and tell him your always depressed and get him to give you a prescription for anti-depressants on a regular basis this will
show that you have a long history of depression and may help in keeping you out too.
Call a suicide hotline every so often also to make it more convincing.

You know what, you may very well be right. But if to had to bet, I would bet that you weren't.
You must have just turned 18, and believe me, it shows. All it really boils down to is you crying and moaning about a program that has been part of
this country IN LIEU of an actual draft, for years. Decades even.
Grow up. Get over it. Either accept it as part of being a citizen of this country, do everything you can to avoid being "drafted", or get the hell
out of the country.
