In Strategy Shift, U.S. Troops to Quit Iraqi Cities

It seems the time has come for us to start withdrawing from direct roles in the Iraq theater. This article shows the US is starting to withdraw from the inner cities and beginning to move out into the surrounding countryside in order to allow the Iraqis to start taking a major role in policing their country. What do you guys think?
