Anybody know anything about Outlook Express?

It used to be that if I received an email with images, I would get a message saying "Pictures that have been sent with this email have been hidden to protect your computer. Click here to get pictures".

Now, the images are always automatically displayed with the email. I'm concerned about security.

I swear I didn't (intentionally) change anything..

Where is that setting managed?

Thanks-

Haven't used Express in many years. Had a quick look and my assumption is go to:

Tools-->Options-->Security

Then make sure the box that says 'Do not allow attachments to be saved or opened that could potentially be a virus' is checked. Click 'OK" to confirm and that should solve your problem.

You were so close, but you still get the cigar.. It was the "Block images and other external content in HTML email" box, right below where you pointed me to.

Thanks much!
