RATS requires you to subscribe at the cost of 5000 initial points.. and another 250 pts for each additional month... at least I think that's how it goes.

As mentioned earlier, the thread hasn't dissappeared. It is available in RATS or Really above top secret. Rats is blocked from net spiders so the subjects don't show up in search engine queries preventing net nanny and other content blockers from affecting the site.

As also mentioned previously, RATS requires a one time point cost of 5000 to access the forum. You then require a 250 point cost to renew your access. This isn't automatic and you can go months without accessing RATS and not lose the points.
