I don't cheer for any politician though I did stand and applaud when I attended his rally here in Roanoke. While I have no faith in politicians, of any stripe, I am glad he won.

I could understand cheering if he was in the middle of doing something important for the country, or if he had done something important for the country. But applauding because he and his wife managed to cross the street and enter a restaurant? Umm, no. Millions of people cross streets and enter restaurants everyday and they don't get applauded because it's not something worthy of applause.
