Hi

When I try to log in chat at ATS there is a message that tells me that I am an unknown user.

I type my usename and password, but still I`m unable.

Any help?.

when attempting to LOG IN......I am getting an UNKNOWN ERROR message as well.

It must be down again ............'sigh'

Happens to me all the time too... Unfortunately it's on the vendor's side so there's not much we can do.

I find that it works ok after deleting temp files and that sort of thing.

Other times banging my head against the wall works.

Chat is not down, but we see that message a lot lately ("unknown error"). Try again (and again and again). If that fails, try with a different browser. Or clear your browser's cache. See if that helps
