I'm a fan. The ATS mix is always fun to listen to while scrolling through threads. It's also fun getting involved with the mix threads like the bucket list thread and all the member question pages for guests of the show.

I started to do the ranking, but will have to finish later... maybe. Not really into puting that much personal info into an on line survey, sorry S.O.

Dave, Johnny, 3 amigos, keep up the great work with the MIX!!! I'll be listening as you escalate through the ladder of pod cast fame!

I'm a huge fan of the Mix family of shows, I have been a fan of Dave and Johnny from before they teamed up for the ATS Mix

One question tho...

WHERES THIS WEEKS BTS Mix SHOW?!?!

Umm... sorry to put a bit of a downer on the proceedings.. I'm in the library and that's currently my only method of getting onto ATS.

The actual page for the survey just doesn't quite want to load. It's stuck.

I've talked to the library staff and they're not quite sure why either.

I'm also a fan. I don't catch all the shows but I've enjoyed the ones I've listened to. A lot of work obviously goes into them and it shows.

I did the survey. I've no problems with giving away what amounts to a fairly small amount of personal data.

I've been looking forward to it.

I hate to be 'the wet blanket' but I want to be honest with you all.
......I have listened to 5 ATS mix shows, and sadly I can not get that time back again....I thought it was very dumb downed and trying SO VERY HARD to be funny that it was more annoying than funny.....
Sorry but I no longer listen to ANY of the MIX shows......I do check out individual podcasts as listening to something a member has to say IS informative and can be fun....as opposed to the very commercial-like pod-jocky shows put together for the entertainment of bored teenagers......my 15 yr old loves the mix shows VERY much, and thinks I am lame for not caring for them.....

The show from the UFO ranch was interesting as all get out....it would be cool of ATS did more detective work like that.


I am TRULY SORRY if I am offending anyone
but I bet the only people who respond to THIS thread are all going to sing praises, as the folks like me who do not think much of MIX and think they bring the quality of content of ATS down will just hold their tung so as not to stand out as a poo flinger, downer person, bashing the shows that the kids seem to really like.
Im just being straight with you......even when my thoughts go against the grain I am determined to be honest to a fault from my most humble POV.

It doesn't offend us..... Johnny and I do that for ourselves.

You have to understand..... that the DUMB DOWN is to make what we are about palatable to people worldwide that we want to come and read or be a part of the intelligent community already established here.

We DO NOT and WILL NOT be a show where it takes No Doze to keep the listeners awake. We believe that the formula of "The Daily Show" with our "Serious Topics" will make our overwhelmingly serious topics a bit easier to listen to and understand.

Never listened to it before.. I usually don't have headphones or have the time to sit down and listen to something for an extended period of time .. My interest are pretty much selective and most of the titles to the shows I have seen have not caught my attention.

I think it is a great program to offer to those that enjoy the show, the topics and the presenters.. just not my cup of tea you know?

I like the podcasts, I cant stand the radio, so aside from C2C, the ATS podcasts are a blessing. ATS podcasts are my favorite thing to put on when the Jehovah Witnesses come over, I invite them in and try to keep them as long as possible. Thanks Guys!

That makes perfect sense that it is a smooth segue into the the dryer and more disturbing topics here..........I never thought of that aspect before Dave, and from the huge numbers of new members since you guys started MIX I see its very successful......thats an awesomely honorable thing, to be bringing an ATS perspective to lots of folks who otherwise would not have ventured here...

Thanks for giving me that little piece of info as it gave me a new outlook altogether on MIX.....




What a GREAT idea lolerz......you can also ask them to please give you a moment to blow out the black candles on your alter of worship.....and it gets them to leave pretty darn fast.

Love the mix shows.
Did the survey and realized that I don't listen to any others on there list.
You guys (Dave and Johnny) should have a pirate radio station....
You know, like in the old days before da-web. Really, I hope that some smart "commercial" radio program director would pick up your shows, and put them on the air. "coast-to-coast and border to border"

I usually start the podcast and proceed to peruse the forums with headphoniums on.

Hope the boys get to feeling better real soon!
