How many people here at BTS/ATS have read the book: "FUBAR: Soldier Slang Of World War II? I got it from a book club that I belong to. I like it because it contains soldier slang from the American, British, Canadian, ANZAC, German and Russian armies. It's quite fascinating to see that, no matter what army you were in, how the basic soldier thought of their officers, among other things. The biggest section is the one concerning the U.S. Military. The other sections are well represented, though, and should be read by others if at all possible.
