A question about Feeds and Twitter

Hello All,

I'm trying to get those free 5000 points from Asala by joining Twitter and contacting Asala.

So I joined and sent the u2u and I was told to follow the ATS feed. That's what I don't understand. I don't know anything about Feeds or what Asala means by that too.

Could someone please help me out on this.

Under the ATS logo you will see the words "Follow"

Click that,

then you will be able to see all the latest threads that come up on ATS,
