Here is an old but fascinating topic but just recently picked up by TV news:

I purchased this textbook about 10 years ago and found it quite interesting. The textbook can be found at most fire stations across the nation, from what I was told.

Also, anyone can purchase this 600 page textbook. Just google search for:
