By briefing the President Elect Obama, they are following years of procedure. If it is exposed that he isn't "American" to the standards stated in the Constitution, Obama will probably have to "dissapear" like John F. Kennedy did.

I agree with the Hagalien dialectic possibility already suggested. The planned downfall including martial law can't be ignored. But I sure wish you bloggers would learn to spell. And don't put an apostrophe in every word ending in an "s".

I don't believe in this rule. And we force the Candidates to abide by it. So I find it a forgivable lie. Candidates also have to be Christian to have a chance at winning...another forgivable lie if he is in fact lying about it. It wouldn't bother me if we later found out a President had lied about being 35 and was actually 33... I don't believe in these rules so I find these kinds of lies forgivable...as I would understand the reasoning behind the lie to begin with.

I'm not trying to add to the conspiracy, but fraudulent documents like these are most definitely an impeachable offense. People might be upset, but you have to respect the laws of this land, or seek change to those laws.

Personally I think between McCain or Obama we are still in a whole lotta trouble. The Bilderberg Group has their hands in both pots.

If you open the vote to any immigrant or foreigner to running for the highest office in the land you open it up for situations where Osama Bin Ladin or a cohort can get citizenship, then ship enough of their follower in the right states to vote, then you have them as president. I know it is out there, but it is possible to mess up an election. This rule was enacted so a brit couldn't get to power. It is there, as are other parts of the Constitution, to protect your rights and the country as a whole. That is why it is the one of the greatest documents ever conceived.

Yeah Yeah yeah we have heard this a thousand times and yes we know he has a birth certificate and yes we know it has been recorded as in existence in a Hospital in Honolulu but what NO ONE seems to be able to do is show us anywhere on any document but preferably the one the SCOTUS and Berg are about to argue NOT that he doesn't have one but where it says he was born and that is the question that has never been answered showing the vault BC. stopthesmears.com has already admitted the one on Obama's website was a photo shopped fraud but mentioned obama had nothing to do with that ( as usual ) .

The DOH in Honolulu said it exists too but when asked where on the BC does it say he was born exactly, again the question went ignored again with her saying that only Obama and people of his choosing are allowed to see the vault BC.

Are you really trying to tell us that in 6 months time, someone with the backing of some of the richest people in the country who has all these powerful friends who want him in office could not have had the time to get a birth certificate made and paid off the appropriate people by now? And mind you, if he really were not a US citizen, he would have known this at the outset and you dont think he would have taken care of all this waaaaay before now?

You don't believe in this rule? it isn't just a rule lunatic it is the law and just because you don't believe in it is why we have pay people to enforce the laws of the land. Nobody forces anyone to lie even if that makes for a good excuse for an illegal alien to run for office, it doesn't excuse them for doing it much less someone who should no better like Obama but lies from Obama are many so it wouldn't surprise me if he lied about this too.

for the record, I don't hate him. Actually, I don't hate anyone, even people that have stolen from me. On Obama, I simply am keeping open eyes and open mind. Do I trust the guy? Right now, absolutely not. He's got everything going for him in the wrong direction for me, and that can be summed up in one word - "Politician"

And really, how many times have you planned something out, and then realized either at the last second, or too late, that you forgot something? If Obama's birth certificate will not be made public, then couldn't the citizens of America try and findout from Kenya? If Obama does get impeached... would that mean John McCain would get a free ride for President? If Obama is a true citizen of America, then why is Kenya jumping up and down with joy, because Obama got elected as President..AND.. Why is Obama talking soo much about how he loves Kenya.

ALL democracy's of the world require their elected leaders to be natural born citizens.The United States is not unique in this requirement.

Mcain was born in Panama, that makes him a US citizen but not a natural born citizen which is required to run for POTUS. I don't think there is anyone left that has to follow the rules except us, I'm sure Obama was born outside the US also but we will never know for sure.
