You all have good arguments(except those who imply bypass the constatution)but have any of you ever thought about why we are going through this.

Your a RACEIST,no your a RACEIST,on and on and on it just keeps dividing this country more and more each day over some thing that one person could stop in a minute by allowing someone netural to publish the cert that this lady in Hawiai is sitting on,or if Obama has been checked out by the agency that do the back ground checks for Obamas security clearance would just say "WE have varifyed Obama is a citizen of the U.S.

Why is this being allowed to go on,better yet why is Obama allowing this to go on?He may be the Presedent of this FREE country,why is Obama letting this country tare its self apart when in a matter of minutes he could stop all this.

There are those of you that say Obama is the best thing to come along for this country,if this is an examlpe of how he will govern then I have my doubts.What happen to "tearing down walls and building bridges"I would appeal to Sen Obama to put a stop to this hate building situation,you could build a huge bridge here by producing what the people need to belive in you.There are ways to produce this proof that will take away all doubt and show you as a REAL healer,your the President elect after all.

IF Obama was a natural born citizen of AMERICA, then there would not be any troubles, life would just pass to the next day and so on. WELL, the fact that Obama has not said 'I am a natural born citizten of AMERICA', does provide evidence that he is NOT a born in America.

Well, well, well....

At the moment, I don't even have a copy of my own birth certificate, and I'm sure many of you reading this don't either.

If you were to go get it from the county, how are you going to prove who you are and would we believe that it was you once you got it?

This nation is being shown a mirror of which it sees its own ignorance, bias and racism.

Personally, whether he was born on US soil, on an airplane that had left from Kenya on his way to the US, or 5 feet away on Canadian soil, I could really care less.

According to the OP, now it truly can be said, you can be ANYTHING you want in America, including not being born in the US and becoming President.

Now we truly " Hold these Truths to be self evident that all men are created equal "

Americas arrogance and ignorance is really showing in this matter. Short of any person reading this who is a native American, no one can lay claim that their original ancestors in America were born here.

The following is my opinion as a member participating in this discussion.

Just a small personal opinion here. While all of this is the stuff that conspiracies are made of, there's one tiny flaw. Hillary Clinton.

She fought tooth and nail to get the nomination. She had the backing of some very hardcore political types, and they surely looked closely at anything and everything that could have been used against Obama. (Her advisers and supporters have combined decades of political intrigue; this wasn't their first rodeo.) And no one can seriously doubt that she would have sacrificed Bill if it meant grabbing the brass ring; much less Obama.

And none of them looked hard at this issue? I find that less likely than Obama being a shapeshifting reptilian.

The law of parismony applies here, you've seen the birth certificates yet you deny the truth because 'they could have been doctored'. You're creating fictions in order to support your slanted and bias belief.

lol no jus basically prove that it wasnt and thats all =] .. remember we live in a world where word isnt fact, yet evidence is truth. But technology has taken it sooo far that anyone with the intent to can reproduce anything ;]

Obama cannot remedy the animous and the ignorance of the populace of the inner cities, and this is where most of the negative racist and reverse racist problems are now comming from. There is already a problem with innercity youth causing trouble and much anecdotal evidence of outright tyranny being perpetrated on residents that are thought to be against Obama. Storie sare starting to pop up of older whites being accostedin stores and businessesby innercity youth and threats being made. These white folks, many of them who voted for Obama, are seeing this as a real probpem. We will have to wait and see if any published storiescrop up for proof, but the many message boards thathave these storiesbeing posted are starting to gain in depth and strength. Only time will tell but if this BC problem is found to have merrit, we will see a backlash I'm sure!

It could very well fit a scenario where Obama has won, hence the Senate ordaining his triumph. But should Obama be found to be actually born in Kenya, the rest of the quatrain could be fulfilled also, the parts: "for one who afterwards who will be vanquished, driven out" and "sudden joy to sudden sadness".

I would rather have an credible American presedent but alas thanks to our fair and balanced media among other things that's not gonna happen. At least hopefully we can find out if this potential one is a citizen.

You will note the little box around my above comment, just as for this one. I was posting my personal opinion concerning this issue, not as a mod, but as a member. And I wasn't saying either side was/is right or wrong to discuss these questions. I simply stated my reasoning for thinking there is little proof that Obama lacks legal citizenship.

All of which were and are meant to be followed.

Plenty of past presidents prove that it has NOTHING to do with whether they can lead.

It's all about making the laws and rules the same for everyone.

The naivity that shows up here is sometimes truly beyond belief.
