That's the truth. I think everything feels so uncertain and most people agree the country is heading in the wrong direction generally that fear is a
natural byproduct. So they react with something bordering on hysteria.
Here's another example: check out ammo prices...they went through the roof as of Nov 5th. People are going nuts because they think Obama is coming
to take their guns, so a hysterical demand for guns/ammo is driving the prices up.
