Are US presidents being fed bad info about aliens?

Dr. Michael Wolf’s story suggests that US presidents’ briefings about aliens contain info that was designed to mislead them about aliens.
Apparently, the situation is much worse than you may think.
If you ever read Michael Wolf’s book Catchers of Heaven, you’ll get a sense of the man and his unusual reports. Wolf died of cancer back in 2000. Wolf was a multi-disciplined national security operative, a neurologist, a physicist and a computer expert. He also said he had a JD in international law. A contactee / abductee since childhood, Wolf claimed to be a member of the MAJESTIC 12 council. If that much is true, he was the first of them to do public reports on the conflicting politics of the group.
So what do we learn when a ranking MAJESTIC member goes public? In his writings and other reports, Wolf clearly favored the gray alignment with which he closely identified. Wolf said he liked to hug grey aliens and that he worked alongside an alien in a US base. Wolf leaked reports to Richard Boylan back during Boylan’s more credible days--before Boylan’s grandiose apologetics of late. Wolf said he had to categorize his own book as fiction to get it past US intelligence censors because that’s the only way he could tell the truth. If we read it as such, it appears he may have changed some feared defense operatives’ names to avoid personal troubles.
Ironically, Wolf said he was abducted, his sperm removed and used beyond his awareness by the gray alien alignment. Nonetheless, Wolf touts his love for certain aliens of that alignment---specifically, Kolta—a gray alien whose life Wolf saved, and “Prince” Anon Sa Ra, a Nordic alien Wolf said is from “the Corporate,” a sub-group of the gray-related alien alignment. Wolf has a photo of Kolta on the front cover of his book, the human-looking Nordic named Anon Sa Ra on the back cover. The Nordic alien Anon Sa Ra told Wolf that his aliens scooped out some of Wolf’s flesh and genes during an abduction and kept it in stasis—to be used as an imprint, a psychotronic communications sample used to locate Wolf. During other onboard visits with aliens, Wolf said he was clear and conscious. On one occasion, a little grey said “we come from Reticulum 4, the 4th planet of binary star Zeta Reticulum.”
More ironic is that fact that Wolf said he did some ugly duty for the US government, which one might normally think could have jeopardized his status with aliens. Had aliens suspected that some of Wolf’s work would be used to harm aliens, then there’s reason to think that those aliens would not have been so forthcoming with Wolf. In other words, Wolf’s alien friends probably withheld information from him.
In his book Wolf wrote, “I worked on brain-washing terrorists.” Those who wonder what that might mean would do well to remember a recent 2008 story on sciencedaily.com about research at the Georgia School of Medicine, Atlanta. There, “Dr. Tsien's research team, in collaboration with scientists at East China Normal University in Shanghai, were able to eliminate new and old memories alike by over-expressing a protein critical to brain cell communication just as the memory was recalled.” (sciencedaily) In other words, by adding an excess of a certain brain protein while a memory was summoned in a person’s mind, the memory could be erased. Of course, Dr. Tsien’s work was done eight years after Wolf died, but you can see possibly Orwellian implications in such research.
Dr. Tsien’s new technology may used be in China to eliminate dissidents’ memory, aspects of their troublesome identities, and more. In the United States, memory elimination could be used to erase an assassin’s memory of having been trained to kill good people, or it could be used to eliminate “Monarch” and MKULTRA program operatives’ memories of similar assignments. In Wolf’s time, electronic or scalar electromagnetic energy (also known as zero point energy or electrogravity) may have been used to fragment and suppress “terrorists’” identity. As Richard Boylan wrote after interviewing Wolf, “some of Wolf’s findings ‘were later incorporated into the infamous MK-ULTRA mind control projects of the CIA, and used on captured KGB agents [to extract information].’" Wolf told Boylan "the government can create confabulated [contrived] memory in a person through Amytal [sodium amobarbitol, a hypnotic drug] and microwave [brain] scrambling." How did Wolf know about “microwave brain scrambling?”
During his life Michael Wolf experienced abduction and memory-suppression, first-hand. He describes one such event in which he and a younger friend Charley were both abducted by aliens, the memory of the event suppressed in typical alien fashion. Given that Wolf worked on military use of mind control technology, the question arises: did Wolf try to reproduce an alien version of such technology for US intelligence? Wolf doesn’t say. He rationalized his work as being necessary to counteract “terrorists.” Ironically, corrupt parts of the black budget mafia might want to use such technology to direct false-flag “terrorists” to attack US populations, as James Bamford writes was considered by the US Joint Chiefs of Staff in a 1961 plan called Operation Northwoods.
Although Wolf was a doctor with some good sensitivities who said he regretted military misuse of his work (he favored disclosure), he sometimes made statements that give one pause. He begins some chapters with a Disney pirate’s way of talking, i.e. “This be theory” or a riff of “yo, ho, ho, and a bottle of rum.” Such writing may have been his way of showing that he wore a variety of hats in his work. It also suggests that Wolf wasn’t entirely at peace with what he did while working for “Langley” (the CIA) and the NSA. In his book Catchers of Heaven, Wolf wrote that he made trips as a courier for “the bank” in Langley, VA. He mingled with “the jet set” and lived in numerous countries. Wolf said he was assigned a NASA Lear jet with a desk and files on it. Sometimes he flew with the Alphacom team on an airborne command post B-52. The Alphacon team was reportedly tasked with working on alien projects.
Early in his career, Wolf was given “Cosmic top secret” clearance for his government work. Eventually, he says he served as President Bill Clinton’s national security consultant regarding aliens. Wolf writes about direct US government involvement with (and joint basing involving) aliens. Also early in his career, Wolf was told that US intelligence wanted to use him for bio-war with an emphasis on neuro-toxic weaponry, behavior modification, and exotic new modalities. Is that code for scalar energy technology mind control? Wolf said that after getting a Cosmic clearance, he was allowed to see a US government briefing book called “The Bible” about aliens and ufo’s. Soon, he rose to the upper levels of alien-related programs. Wolf says some in the US government thought he would have useful insights about aliens.
Wolf wrote about two aliens he was especially close to. One, named “Prince Anon Sa Ra,” a Nordic, told Wolf that he (the Nordic) was a prince of “the Federation of Worlds,” also known as “the Alliance” or “the Corporate.” That wording troubles me. When an alien says that his alien sub-group, Nordics who appear to be hybrid products of abduction-and-breeding, refer to themselves in terms of old human royalty and a “corporate” context, it all sounds fishy, to me. I don’t necessarily doubt that a Nordic said that to Wolf, but I see how an abducted, manipulated and intel-indoctrinated man like Wolf might be easy to deceive by a materially-motivated group of aliens.
Most of the information that we have, to date, suggests that aliens capable of arriving here would have nothing to do with royal titles or classist notions of the sort. It’s doubtful that such pretensions survive a typical planet’s technological coming-of-age. Numerous aliens have stated that a royalist society is unlikely to survive the interventions and manipulated phases that older, established alien societies engineer in order to eliminate dangerous, destructive tendencies in an emergent population before it can go space-faring and become a threat to civilized order—out there. So it appears that Wolf was being patronized, but why was that done in archaic “Prince” terms?
Did Wolf harbor certain classist notions about himself early on? Many of us were inundated with such slop in childhood and aliens certainly know that, given their many years spent monitoring this planet. By appealing to a princely notion of elites, they may have wanted to essentially lower the emotional age level at which Wolf associated such aliens with his own life, to equate the aliens with a more child-like emotional level in Wolf’s mind, i.e. princes, elites and magic qualities. That suggests they didn’t want Wolf to develop a comprehensive overview of what they were doing.
Not long before Wolf died--at the end of his book, he seems to have purged himself of worldly pretensions, but at intervals in his book he seems to glancingly compare himself to Shakespeare and other famous writers—he drops their names into his text conspicuously and then writes some verse of his own. He goes out of his way to associate himself with Steven Hawking, among others. Perhaps it was the typically classist, compartmentalized culture of the CIA and military intelligence that allowed an insular greatness trend to creep into Wolf’s thinking until the end of his life. The most important point to be made here is that Wolf was patronized by an alien alignment in what are now seen as sorely outdated, classist terms. Wolf was being played, in a sense, for advantage. At one point, Nordic Sa Ra tells Wolf, “You are a prince like me.”
At intervals in his book, Wolf notes that he partied with wealthy notables and famous personalities, perhaps a perk of his intel-bankrolled programs work. The question is--did an elite social life go to his head, allowing him to marginally, even subconsciously rationalize potential misuses—either human weaponization of Wolf’s technical work, or worse yet, abducting alien use of information gathered during interactions with US officials? Again, we can see that Wolf had good, honest qualities—he wants us to know important secrets—but grey alignment aliens certainly don’t reduce to Wolf’s marginally, if not selectively informed awareness of them.
“Prince Anon Sa Ra” was close to Wolf, who nearly idolized him. Wolf thought the Nordic was connected to an afterlife—an eternal order, which Wolf yearned to immerse in during has last, dying days of cancer. Ironically, Wolf reportedly suggested that he may have gotten cancer by being in a room with Carl Sagan (who also died of cancer) and other researchers who were trying to analyze an alien beacon, a large object seized from orbit by a US shuttle mission then brought down for secret study. Being alien, the object would have emitted tightly concentrated scalar energy waves (also known as electrogravity/magnetogravity, or zero point energy), which is easily mutagenic and can lead to cancer. But neither Wolf nor Sagan would have known that, at the time.
The question is, if Wolf was favored throughout his life by aliens—aliens chased off North Vietnamese fighter jets about to shoot down Wolf’s jet—why didn’t those same aliens tell Wolf: Watch out! Stay away from that captured alien beacon object, or possibly die, as a result? Wolf transcribes numerous direct alien communications in his book, indicating that Wolf was easily, fluidly able to know what they were saying to him. So where were they when Wolf supposedly walked into a room, which they could easily have monitored with their technology (scalar, magnetogravitic, and mind-activated/mind-detecting psychotronic technology)? Why would they let him throw his life away like that? Wolf notes that since he was an early alien experiencer and special government program student at age 10 he was exposed to substances that may have been unhealthy. But to stand right next to an intensely powerful space-going beacon could have killed both Wolf and Sagan, in the end. It could disrupt and prematurely age genetic materials. Wolf said the US military wanted to study the beacon for weapons purposes, so the reportedly mind-sensing beacon wouldn’t have registered Wolf and other military scientists as friendly. In other words, dangerous energy levels would not have been reduced to allow such men to study it.
Was the “princely” vernacular and the potentially deadly energy exposure tacit indication that Wolf was regarded as defective, or killer military-compromised because Wolf’s work might have been used to kill aliens?
Aliens tend to be subtle in their expression, so subtle that even if they tried to warn Wolf about the beacon he might not have noticed—given the excitement of being allowed to see the object, first-hand. Meanwhile, the classist, incomplete information that grey alignment aliens fed to Wolf seems to suggest that both Wolf, and other humans, may be regarded as transitory or expendable in the eyes of such aliens. Wolf and others were apparently given some bad information. The most dangerously bad information follows, below.
Believe it or not, the US military (especially the Air Force) were led to think that a few tiny, genetically-designed alien-surrogate populations that interface with US black budget sectors are divided into three groups: the Corporate (a "Nordic" alien group that, if it is as many sources report, appears to be a human version abducted then hybridized yet still human in appearance), the United Races of Orion (also a hybrid group that looks very human), and finally, some sort of "galactic federation" (again, Wolf calls it the Federation of Worlds). All three are intertwined under the same grey-alignment umbrella, said Wolf and other military-intelligence reports. They’re part of the same alignment. However, competing alien sources and the direct testimony of numerous abductees interviewed by qualified researchers suggest that the gray-alien related "federation" isn't even from this galaxy. So, if that’s the case (see Philip Corso's and Phillip Krapf’s book on the subject), then the US black budget regime has been duped, big time---made to think that a few minor, artificially designed alien contingents are predominant in this galaxy. The point being, the Air Force in particular is reportedly way over its head and is being fed bad information, apparently leading it to conclude that it's okay to be cut off from our real, native alien neighbors, as though the minor hybrids whose hands the Air Force is eating out of are actually pre-eminent in this galaxy. It's a disaster just waiting to happen.
Dr. Michael Wolf was reportedly President Bill Clinton's advisor on alien subjects, so even Clinton would have been fed the same bad information. Through Wolf and perhaps others, Clinton would have been led to think that the greys’ “federation” of sorts is native to this galaxy. It clearly isn’t. The US Vice President was also informed by Wolf. And if officials at that level are under the illusion that a small group of surrogate populations (and greys) literally designed and tasked by a population from an entirely different galaxy group (14 million light years away from our galaxy--as Krapf was told by those very same aliens)---if US presidents were led to think that those small surrogate populations represent this galaxy, then the US government is wearing blinders. It’s being cut off from its real native alien neighbors. It is being herded and misled by aliens who don’t even have native rights in this galaxy.
Can you see why we need to advance public awareness beyond the limited information that leaks out of the US government? Its information is bad. The Air Force, in particular, appears to have fallen for a technology-in-exchange-for-basing rights scheme by an alignment of aliens that doesn’t merely seek to trade materials. Those aliens seek to occupy and control entire planets in our surrounding star systems, possibly also joint control of this planet—if they can manage to convince humans not to notice the bizarre irregularities of their presence here. Wolf wrote that “THE WE (his aliens, generally) were thinking of putting an artificial wormhole (highway) through their (human) quadrant, and they’d be in the way…” This last statement may be important. Wolf appears to be saying the greys’ alignment wants us to be part of a trade route that they have planned for this part of our galaxy (which isn’t their galaxy, by the way). And if that’s the case, then somehow we’re seen as being “in the way” of their plans.
Writing about US government programs regarding aliens, Wolf noted that President Reagan established “the National Program Office” or the NPO by secret executive order. Wolf said the NPO administers “special access” or “black programs.” In other words, secret alien-related programs that Steven Greer’s official sources call Unacknowledged Special Access Programs, or USAP’s, were administered by yet another secret agency created by Reagan. Wolf said missions, teams and projects ensued.
Wolf wrote that when Gerald Ford was president, on May 1, 1975 there was a “fire-fight” between US soldier-guards and greys on May 1, 1975 in Nevada. Wolf said that the incident erupted during a dispute between “guest” (captive) grey aliens and US military guards in a Nevada base containing some grey alien disks being studied by the US military. When greys asked guards to remove their guns while greys experimented with an alien disk’s power device, suspicious guards reacted by killing a grey. A “Col. Etienne DuPont of the French Secret Service” was present when Wolf gave a high-level official briefing about the firefight. Wolf told high-ranking officers at the briefing that one grey alien was killed in the fire-fight, and two human scientists plus 41 soldiers were killed. Wolf showed his awe of greys and his own naivete when he explained that in the firefight “all humans died of head wounds and resultant damaged and dysfunctional brain matter, and no alien weapon seemed in evidence… I should think it a theoretical possibility that their (alien) brains were their weapons…” Wolf then waxed apologetic, “They killed the scientists—it is my thought—to show us just how serious it might be if we were to cause an unstable reaction to occur.” In other words, Wolf was trying to say that the (captive) greys killed US soldiers to underscore how dangerous it might be if the two human scientists caused an unstable reaction in an alien disk’s power reactor.
Thirty-three years after the incident, we know that greys probably didn’t kill the humans by simply using their brain energy. Instead, the greys would have been in contact with either a remote alien craft or a technology network that simply targeted all the soldiers at the same time with fluctuations of scalar energy that ruptured their brains. Stability of the alien reactor wouldn’t have been much of an issue.
Both Bob Lazar and Clifford Stone say they were also briefed about the firefight with grey aliens. Joint interactions with grey alignment aliens were reportedly re-initiated later. However, such relations aren’t rekindled easily. The US black budget sector would have asked for more knowledge about alien technology, in exchange. Ironically, that would have deepened black budget dependence on the grey alignment, giving them more power over a secret US power structure. Other witnesses like airman Charles Hall, Lt. Col. Steve Wilson, and Sgt. Clifford Stone witnessed aliens allowed into US military bases. In Stone’s case, a grey alien was allowed to do a memory check on Stone in a military base in the Washington DC area nearly 40 years ago. Charles Hall saw “tall white” aliens on the Indian Springs base during the 1950’s.
Various researchers report that Bush Sr. was the most deeply corrupt and secretive high official in all alien-related black budget doings. At present, Wayne Madsen’s sources report that Bush Sr. is apparently going senile, if not suffering from Alzheimers, which means that Bush Sr.’s role as a black budget crime lord has probably been passed on to others, perhaps the neocon financial elite (Goldman and such) who are now fleecing billions from the US treasury. President Clinton reportedly asked Bush Sr. (the outgoing CIA chief) for info on aliens and was told Clinton didn't have a need to know. The irony in that, of course, is that Bush Sr.’s awareness of aliens was probably mostly limited to grey alignment aliens, with whom Bush Sr. appeared to have an unusual affiliation. Wolf reports that Bush Sr. covered for greys by keeping down public awareness of a broad daylight grey alien landing and walk-about in a village in Puerto Rico. Bush Sr. also covered for the grey alignment via his bizarre extremes of corruption and murder, his compulsive secrecy and exclusion of honest Republicans and Democrats from involvement in alien-related matters, his sabotage of international law cases (thus hampering independent human sovereignty), and Bush Sr.’s work to concentrate secret, unchecked power in the hands of a tiny elite. As Ed Komarek writes, “the evidence suggests that technology and alien assistance is traded for biological access and exploitation of human genetic material and fetuses as part of an alien research project of hybridization and infiltration into earth human society.” Ultimately, Bush Sr.’s sabotage of legal order provided cover for grey alignment infiltration here. *Please remember, simple alien contact is starkly different from breeding program infiltration and planet grabs.
During an interview with Michael Wolf, journalist Paola Harris saw photos that show Wolf standing with President Clinton, plus a signed letter from Clinton thanking Wolf for his efforts. Again, Wolf and others in black budget circles were led to believe that a few tiny populations designed and created by the grey alignment are pre-eminent in this galaxy. They almost certainly aren’t. Instead, they appear to have been designed to superficially resemble us and help the grey alignment gain leverage over humankind. Wolf wrote that MAJ 12 briefings he personally gave to the President, Vice President and other high officials in the US and abroad used those same Corporate, United Races of Orion, and Federation of Worlds terms. Wolf said he made joint US-British presentations at the British Prime Minister’s 10 Downing St. address in London, which suggests the British leadership is being fed some of the same bad information.
Can you see how dangerously incomplete their knowledge may be, as a result? Apparently, they’re falling into a well-laid trap. Although various official whistleblowers say that competing alien groups (a few of whom may be our actual native neighbors) have made limited contact and have posted warnings about the grey alignment, most US black budget interactions have been with grey alignment aliens. **Not all info offered by the grey’s alignment is bad, of course. Like British tribes who learned from Roman Empire occupiers, we’ve learned from our experiences with aliens.
In Wolf’s 10 Downing St. meeting with the “Majestic Twelve Special Studies Group” that he was part of, Wolf shows his friend, MI6 agent Dr. Luke Bryce, reading aloud a memo about a personal relationship between Wolf and a (named) gray alien K. (Kolta). The memo said: “Notice for new arrangements, i.e., Reticulum Four Representative thanks Dr. Wolf, and says he will meet with him anytime he (Doctor Wolf) wishes. He, the Emissary, (Ret. #4) expresses gratitude, also sends ‘personal regards,’ signs ‘K.’” At the meeting is the US Vice President, and the memo is initialed by the President, the S Committee, and Staff D. In other words, not only was the grey alignment allowed to dominate and apparently misinform US government policy regarding aliens, the situation had developed to that point that personal relationships with grey aliens were discussed. At the same MJ 12 SSG meeting Wolf shows the Vice President (Al Gore?) dismissing the notion that Wolf was betraying humans to the aliens as nonsense. The Veep describes Wolf as “The Alphacom team leader.”
Why would the Veep have so much confidence in Wolf? Wolf’s book says Al Gore’s child (critically injured at age 4 when hit by a car) was cured by the aliens and that Gore had an encounter with an alien.
Wolf’s MI-6 contact, Dr. Luke Bryce told Wolf that he, too, was in contact with the aliens. Bryce told Wolf that the aliens are Wolf’s friends, his “family.” How did Bryce know that? “They” (the aliens) told Bryce. The British MI-6 spy agency is considered a Rothschild family stronghold in British government. Wolf quotes an alien telling Wolf that MI-6 agent Bryce’s son, Sean Bryce, was an Altaran, from a planet of Altair, a nearby star. Wolf was told that Bryce’s son was a breeding program hybrid implanted in Dr. Bryce’s wife by aliens. *Wolf was convinced that Wolf, himself, and “Prince” Anon Sa Ra were both Altaran, also.
One of Wolf’s friends who worked on alien programs, US Lt. Gen. Bob Lewis, told Wolf the following: “Michael, if we can keep these egotistical, opinionated, unprofessional, private self-proclaimed ufologists fighting with each other for long enough, we can keep the various pre-planned announcement dates fluid.” Lt. Gen. Bob Lewis also told Wolf: “and through the work your Alphacom Team has done, they (the British government) are very aware of the various power positions, who gives orders to whom. Out there, that is.” (p. 381) In other words, US and British alien program insiders knew Wolf was close to the grey alignment, but acted as though, by allowing grey alignment infiltration and/or basing, they might gather more information on the aliens. At one point, Lt. Gen. Bob Lewis said to Wolf, “They (US government officials suspicious of Wolf’s ties to aliens) think that if you are treated very well, that you could—how do I say it—put in a good word for humanity?” (p 381) In other words, black budget secrecy and compartmentalization has resulted in alien program officials being so far over their heads that they wanted Wolf to cultivate gray alignment sympathy for humankind. Under such circumstances, a breeding program operative here could pretend to be radically anti-alien yet advance grey alignment basing and infiltration here by outwardly rationalizing it as a way for us to glean information.
Wolf said that while employed by the US government, he worked in labs at Area 51, S4, Wright-Patterson Air Force base, and Indian Springs NV--site of the base ceded to “tall white” aliens circa 1953 (apparently by the Rockefeller cabal), as reported by former airman Charles Hall. Dr. Michael Wolf told Chris Stoner that
“the first US crash/retrieval of an ET craft occurred during 1941 in the ocean west of San Diego. Retrieved by the navy, dead Zeta Reticulans, alias the 'Greys', were found inside. Craft and bodies were taken to the Foreign Technology Section at Wright-Patterson Air Force base in Dayton, Ohio, and studied by the Retfours Special Studies Group. After dismantling the craft, parts were sent to S4 and Indian Springs in Nevada.”
If that’s true, then the Indian Springs base would have been pre-disposed to accommodate alien-related artifacts and/or contacts like those reported by Charles Hall. Storage of downed Roswell technology at the Indian Springs base may also have provided motive for a gray-alignment “tall white” alien group to gain a foothold in the area and buddy up to US military sections tasked with investigating the gray alignment. Some alien sources have suggested that despite tall whites’ claims to have skirmished with greys, the tall whites are actually part of the larger grey alignment (the “federation” that Wolf and Krapf and others refer to). Like grey aliens, tall whites have reportedly been feeding limited technology to the US Air Force in exchange for basing and inputs into black budget circles. It appears to be an attempt to foster dependency and intellectual laziness in US black budget sectors. Remember, tall whites have taken up at the same site where Wolf said downed grey alien technology was being stored. After Charles Hall wrote that “tall whites” were allowed a base in Nevada in 1954, the year Eisenhower reportedly met with tall gray aliens (Emenneger, Sandler 1974), Michael Salla suggested that tall whites and tall grays may be related. The fact that the grey alignment can be proven to have given bad information to human officials increases the likelihood that “tall whites” are just another finger of the grey alignment’s glove. And if that’s the case, it means that back in 1954 tall whites were allowed a base on an Air Force range in Indian Springs, NV under false pretenses (they pretended to be anti-gray).
Michael Wolf said Col. Philip Corso’s account of Roswell was valid and that the Roswell crash was actually a collision of two vehicles, one containing the aliens we all know about, the other containing orange-skinned aliens from the Andromeda galaxy. Wolf said he worked with an orange alien and that they have a big, four-lobed brain that’s all connected without a corpus callosum. Wolf’s story about an orange alien from our sister galaxy (Andromeda) raises an important question. Does that alien represent a significant part of a larger Andromeda galaxy population, or are the orange aliens just another token group contacted by the grey aliens’ alignment? *Alien sources quoted in my book, Alien Mind, stated that the greys’ alignment is “less than or equal to .01 percent” (no more than 1 in 10,000) of Andromeda’s aliens, a figure that would suggest that the orange aliens are of next-to-no significance there. But remember: US officials apparently didn’t know that years ago, so they may think those orange aliens are actually important representatives of our sister galaxy Andromeda. In other words, until very recently US officials’ awareness of aliens was in some ways like going to an alien Disneyland and thinking that it’s actually the reality, rather than a small fabricated prop.
Wolf also worked in Area 51, the S4 site (made famous by Bob Lazar, whose story finds corroboration in much of Wolf’s book), and in “Dulce.” Chris Stoner quotes Wolf as saying Wolf briefed four US presidents about e.t.’s. Wolf wrote that LBJ knew about Wolf’s alien expertise. Wolf told Chris Stoner that Jimmy Carter was eager to go public with information about ufo’s but reversed the plan when he learned that e.t.’s aren’t religious, in the human sense. Stoner reports that Wolf said conservative Republican presidents Bush Sr. and Reagan were told a lot about aliens (at least those minor grey alignment surrogate groups), but Democrats weren’t told much. So, we see a fateful irony in that. Democrats and honest, public-informing Republicans were excluded from alien-related programs but were ultimately only excluded from being as deeply duped by the grey alignment. By favoring certain Republicans only, the grey alignment appears to be trying to keep their activities secret in order to make deeper inroads.
Wolf told Stoner that a neutral particle beam he developed for use against cancer was, instead, used as a weapon by the military. Richard Boylan notes that Wolf said “a more recent understanding of Zero-Point energy ‘has to do with a white hole-black hole scenario.’" In my own writings I note how that corresponds to the way in which scalar energies cycle inwardly (like black holes) while also expanding and connecting rapidly outward (like our white hole universe). Wolf told Stoner that one group of human-looking e.t.’s called “Semitics” (Federation of Worlds aliens who share the star Altair’s planets with Nordics) have close relations with Israel’s Mossad spy agency. Like the Nordics, the Semitics may have been designed to more easily manipulate one human culture against another. Wolf wrote that “Israel had been contacted by EBE’s, and I need to know all aspects of these multiple contacts.” (p. 360) Wolf noted that a Col. Martin Becker in the Israeli Defense Force, in uniform, was in on briefings about aliens that Wolf attended at Wright Patman Air Force base in Ohio. Also at the briefings were “a Russian, uniformed military officers from Japan, Belgium, Germany, Denmark, Norway, Italy, Canada, Mexico, etc. a veritable UN of military officers.”
Like Bob Lazar, who apparently saw parts of “the Bible” briefing book about aliens, Wolf discussed two different versions of gravity: Gravity A and Gravity B. (p. 238, 270-1). Wolf told the MAJESTIC 12 SSG group, including the US Vice President (Gore?) that greys gave the US a significant amount of fuel (p. 271). Lazar also talks about the fuel given to US black budget figures (Lazar called it element 115 and said it was enough to keep dozens of disks flying for some 30 years). At that same MJ 12 SSG meeting, Wolf spoke about the grey alignment’s gift of fuel: “Giving you a rather obvious example—and I don’t see why anyone else hasn’t been impressed by it—the giving to this nation technology that can send the mind reeling, technology that surpasses most human imaginations. Perhaps they gave it to us, knowing we could copy it, the nice term being ‘back-engineering,’ yet in giving us such a huge amount of fuel, recreating, or even using those disks we’ve been given, could--very obviously—put this country and its allies in a technological superposition state.” Was that the price that greys paid to re-initiate relations after the shootout that killed US soldiers in Nevada? Also, why would greys give such technology to US black budget figures unless they were sure that the US structure was so deeply infiltrated with breeding program operatives that overall use of such technology could be controlled by the grey alignment?
Again, like Lazar, Wolf said the greys gave some alien disks to a US black budget sub-structure. Like Lazar, Wolf said that gravitons (gravity-bearing particles) don’t exist; only gravity A and B waveform exist. Wolf described the vacuum of space as being similar to the stretching and snapping back of an elastic band (which is also like Lazar’s report about how alien disks stretch empty space by focusing gravity on a distant place in space then stretching space to join the two locations together, translocating the alien craft to the distant place). Also, like Lazar, Wolf “speculated” the following:
“In a hyperspace environment, using shipboard generation of amplified gravity waves, it isn’t that speed increases; it’s that linear time, when acted upon by a force (i.e., gravity), reduces itself, so that one might say, space-time is ‘warped.’ (The Einstein-Rosen bridge or ‘wormhole,’ created by a gravity-exerting craft in space is but one example.)
“Multi-dimensionality and hyperspace are changed by imposing artificially created gravity waves, where time is reduced to near zero, and acceleration to near infinity…. In such advanced gravity manipulation, space itself is not transversed or physically crossed; space folds in on itself as gravity waves act upon time. Again, not distance; space is folded by application of the force of ‘created’ and propagated gravity waves upon space-time, thus a spacecraft has little difficulty getting from point A to point B without the so-called ‘normal’ concept of propulsion.” (p. 254)
Conspicuously missing in Wolf’s discussion is mention of ret. Navy Col. Tom Bearden’s “delta t,” the speeding and slowing of time caused by scalar energy. Either Wolf was unaware or he wasn’t allowed to discuss the simple “negative cycle” of scalar energy described by non-gray alignment aliens, i.e. so-called Haven aliens noted in Alec Newald’s book, Coevolution (that “negative cycle” helps explain delta t).
Some of Wolf’s quotes to Stoner sounded like disinformation. For example, Wolf said Area 51 features an underground military base the size of Rhode Island. And Wolf said that “hundreds” of government employees worked there. Only hundreds? That wouldn’t be nearly enough to man a base the size of Rhode Island, would it? Wolf wrote about the grey alignment’s “living conveyances,” silicone-based, semi-organic-and-metallic alien ships that can split into two or more sections nearly instantly without hurting the ship’s occupants. A problem arises when Wolf describes one “living conveyance” ship, a very large alien craft that the aliens led Wolf to think was his, a ship that would carry him to an afterlife. Again, Wolf was being patronized in strangely simplistic terms.
Here’s an interesting Wolf quote. Despite his life-long interactions with greys and their affiliate aliens, Wolf said that the greys “all look alike to me.” *Greys are reportedly cloned, hence their outward similarities. Wolf emphasizes the fact that greys and Nordics (hence “Pleiadians” and Semitics) are all part of the greys’ alignment (in which greys are but a minor sub-population, reports Krapf). Further underscoring the grey-Nordic relationship, at one point in his book Wolf addresses the grey Kolta and the Nordic Sa Ra at the same time, first one then the other. Later, the grey Kolta, tells Wolf “I can call him (the Nordic Sa Ra) if you wish him to be near you.”
The great tragedy in Wolf’s life occurred after Wolf and his family shared Christmas wine, then Wolf crashed the family car, killing his pregnant wife and son, also injuring Wolf. Wolf wrote that he “murdered” his family, then later suggested that some Mideast terrorist may have sabotaged his car. Wolf tried to commit suicide in the hospital after the accident. In another scene Wolf shows himself drinking 7 shots of alcohol to calm himself, at one point.
On his website, Richard Boylan noted that Wolf said “current Star Visitor-human encounters have little to do with seeking sperm and ovum donations, but are directed towards making a compatible match of bio-engineered organelles with the individual human's physiology.” That certainly sounds like Wolf. In other words, like Boylan, Wolf sometimes thought, or wanted us to think that his alien friends don’t do most of those traumatic abductions reported by numerous researchers. For example, on p. 326 Wolf tells “Prince” Anon Sa Ra that “our hybrid project is misunderstood.” Wolf noted that more than 1 in 40 citizens have been abducted, according to the government. (p. 208)
Finally, however, toward the end of his book (p. 339) Wolf notes what grey alien “guest” captives of the US government witnessed—after being freed in the Nevada firefight. Wolf wrote that the greys “now see and perceive what the so-called ‘negative abductees’ have often, while screaming, flashed into the OFFWORLDERS’ collective consciousness. They (the aliens) had never entertained with each other—as a collective—the assumption that the terror, the fear, the panic, the fright of their ‘guests’ (human abductees) might have been accurately compared to their feelings as ‘guests’ of the government. They did not shoot their human guests, but the (US) government did; thus they (the aliens) perceived a more narrow view and saw no logical parallels. They needed to be persuaded, during the Alphacom Team’s so-called ‘negotiations,’ that, although a large number of abductees thought of themselves as participants and had been chosen, another, perhaps larger part, thought of themselves as victims.” Why Wolf waited until the end of his book to say this, we can’t say.
That one, critical assumption among most human officials (aggressive grey alignment abduction and breeding of humans for suspicious purposes) is a subject that Wolf tried to avoid in the rest of his book. In the end, although Wolf was a “Positive” as David Jacobs might say, fond of greys and stunned by their capabilities (even though he was abducted, zoned out and used for breeding purposes), Wolf had mixed feelings. He wanted us to know what was going on. He risked his life to talk about it.
Since Wolf died, much has happened to deepen the human study of aliens. Numerous groups and media networks have refined a once-vague subject so that even mainstream viewers now have a cursory exposure to evidence regarding aliens. And we see well-developed, thoughtful discussions of exopolitics. Never again will politics reduce to our tiny, relatively backward planet, alone. To pretend that Earth is all we need to think about is like saying the Church was right---Galileo was possessed by evil spirits and Earth is the center of the universe.
Now, with one part of the US government spreading lies while another part leaks what it mistakenly thinks is good information about aliens, a dangerous situation has developed. If US presidents and the rest of the US government are being misled about the grey alignment’s status in this galaxy, then bad information is fouling the public’s ability to sort out the situation. If we’re being cut off from our native, alien neighbors while being smothered with the misleading propaganda of a non-native alien group (the greys’ alignment), then how will any president or combination of human governments develop policies needed to protect the human ecology?
Under such circumstances, we need to know what black budget sectors and various human governments have learned about aliens. We need to deepen and refine our analysis, not pretend that the grey alignment’s cryptic propaganda is adequate. We need to discuss their tactics and their agenda, then compare that to the developing consensus regarding our actual, native alien neighbors.

If you ever read Michael Wolf’s book Catchers of Heaven, you’ll get a sense of the man and his unusual reports. Wolf died of cancer back in 2000. Wolf was a multi-disciplined national security operative, a neurologist, a physicist and a computer expert. He also said he had a JD in international law. A contactee / abductee since childhood, Wolf claimed to be a member of the MAJESTIC 12 council. If that much is true, he was the first of them to do public reports on the conflicting politics of the group.
So what do we learn when a ranking MAJESTIC member goes public? In his writings and other reports, Wolf clearly favored the gray alignment with which he closely identified. Wolf said he liked to hug grey aliens and that he worked alongside an alien in a US base. Wolf leaked reports to Richard Boylan back during Boylan’s more credible days--before Boylan’s grandiose apologetics of late. Wolf said he had to categorize his own book as fiction to get it past US intelligence censors because that’s the only way he could tell the truth. If we read it as such, it appears he may have changed some feared defense operatives’ names to avoid personal troubles.
Ironically, Wolf said he was abducted, his sperm removed and used beyond his awareness by the gray alien alignment. Nonetheless, Wolf touts his love for certain aliens of that alignment---specifically, Kolta—a gray alien whose life Wolf saved, and “Prince” Anon Sa Ra, a Nordic alien Wolf said is from “the Corporate,” a sub-group of the gray-related alien alignment. Wolf has a photo of Kolta on the front cover of his book, the human-looking Nordic named Anon Sa Ra on the back cover. The Nordic alien Anon Sa Ra told Wolf that his aliens scooped out some of Wolf’s flesh and genes during an abduction and kept it in stasis—to be used as an imprint, a psychotronic communications sample used to locate Wolf. During other onboard visits with aliens, Wolf said he was clear and conscious. On one occasion, a little grey said “we come from Reticulum 4, the 4th planet of binary star Zeta Reticulum.”
More ironic is that fact that Wolf said he did some ugly duty for the US government, which one might normally think could have jeopardized his status with aliens. Had aliens suspected that some of Wolf’s work would be used to harm aliens, then there’s reason to think that those aliens would not have been so forthcoming with Wolf. In other words, Wolf’s alien friends probably withheld information from him.
In his book Wolf wrote, “I worked on brain-washing terrorists.” Those who wonder what that might mean would do well to remember a recent 2008 story on sciencedaily.com about research at the Georgia School of Medicine, Atlanta. There, “Dr. Tsien's research team, in collaboration with scientists at East China Normal University in Shanghai, were able to eliminate new and old memories alike by over-expressing a protein critical to brain cell communication just as the memory was recalled.” (sciencedaily) In other words, by adding an excess of a certain brain protein while a memory was summoned in a person’s mind, the memory could be erased. Of course, Dr. Tsien’s work was done eight years after Wolf died, but you can see possibly Orwellian implications in such research.
Dr. Tsien’s new technology may used be in China to eliminate dissidents’ memory, aspects of their troublesome identities, and more. In the United States, memory elimination could be used to erase an assassin’s memory of having been trained to kill good people, or it could be used to eliminate “Monarch” and MKULTRA program operatives’ memories of similar assignments. In Wolf’s time, electronic or scalar electromagnetic energy (also known as zero point energy or electrogravity) may have been used to fragment and suppress “terrorists’” identity. As Richard Boylan wrote after interviewing Wolf, “some of Wolf’s findings ‘were later incorporated into the infamous MK-ULTRA mind control projects of the CIA, and used on captured KGB agents [to extract information].’" Wolf told Boylan "the government can create confabulated [contrived] memory in a person through Amytal [sodium amobarbitol, a hypnotic drug] and microwave [brain] scrambling." How did Wolf know about “microwave brain scrambling?”
During his life Michael Wolf experienced abduction and memory-suppression, first-hand. He describes one such event in which he and a younger friend Charley were both abducted by aliens, the memory of the event suppressed in typical alien fashion. Given that Wolf worked on military use of mind control technology, the question arises: did Wolf try to reproduce an alien version of such technology for US intelligence? Wolf doesn’t say. He rationalized his work as being necessary to counteract “terrorists.” Ironically, corrupt parts of the black budget mafia might want to use such technology to direct false-flag “terrorists” to attack US populations, as James Bamford writes was considered by the US Joint Chiefs of Staff in a 1961 plan called Operation Northwoods.
Although Wolf was a doctor with some good sensitivities who said he regretted military misuse of his work (he favored disclosure), he sometimes made statements that give one pause. He begins some chapters with a Disney pirate’s way of talking, i.e. “This be theory” or a riff of “yo, ho, ho, and a bottle of rum.” Such writing may have been his way of showing that he wore a variety of hats in his work. It also suggests that Wolf wasn’t entirely at peace with what he did while working for “Langley” (the CIA) and the NSA. In his book Catchers of Heaven, Wolf wrote that he made trips as a courier for “the bank” in Langley, VA. He mingled with “the jet set” and lived in numerous countries. Wolf said he was assigned a NASA Lear jet with a desk and files on it. Sometimes he flew with the Alphacom team on an airborne command post B-52. The Alphacon team was reportedly tasked with working on alien projects.
Early in his career, Wolf was given “Cosmic top secret” clearance for his government work. Eventually, he says he served as President Bill Clinton’s national security consultant regarding aliens. Wolf writes about direct US government involvement with (and joint basing involving) aliens. Also early in his career, Wolf was told that US intelligence wanted to use him for bio-war with an emphasis on neuro-toxic weaponry, behavior modification, and exotic new modalities. Is that code for scalar energy technology mind control? Wolf said that after getting a Cosmic clearance, he was allowed to see a US government briefing book called “The Bible” about aliens and ufo’s. Soon, he rose to the upper levels of alien-related programs. Wolf says some in the US government thought he would have useful insights about aliens.
Wolf wrote about two aliens he was especially close to. One, named “Prince Anon Sa Ra,” a Nordic, told Wolf that he (the Nordic) was a prince of “the Federation of Worlds,” also known as “the Alliance” or “the Corporate.” That wording troubles me. When an alien says that his alien sub-group, Nordics who appear to be hybrid products of abduction-and-breeding, refer to themselves in terms of old human royalty and a “corporate” context, it all sounds fishy, to me. I don’t necessarily doubt that a Nordic said that to Wolf, but I see how an abducted, manipulated and intel-indoctrinated man like Wolf might be easy to deceive by a materially-motivated group of aliens.
Most of the information that we have, to date, suggests that aliens capable of arriving here would have nothing to do with royal titles or classist notions of the sort. It’s doubtful that such pretensions survive a typical planet’s technological coming-of-age. Numerous aliens have stated that a royalist society is unlikely to survive the interventions and manipulated phases that older, established alien societies engineer in order to eliminate dangerous, destructive tendencies in an emergent population before it can go space-faring and become a threat to civilized order—out there. So it appears that Wolf was being patronized, but why was that done in archaic “Prince” terms?
Did Wolf harbor certain classist notions about himself early on? Many of us were inundated with such slop in childhood and aliens certainly know that, given their many years spent monitoring this planet. By appealing to a princely notion of elites, they may have wanted to essentially lower the emotional age level at which Wolf associated such aliens with his own life, to equate the aliens with a more child-like emotional level in Wolf’s mind, i.e. princes, elites and magic qualities. That suggests they didn’t want Wolf to develop a comprehensive overview of what they were doing.
Not long before Wolf died--at the end of his book, he seems to have purged himself of worldly pretensions, but at intervals in his book he seems to glancingly compare himself to Shakespeare and other famous writers—he drops their names into his text conspicuously and then writes some verse of his own. He goes out of his way to associate himself with Steven Hawking, among others. Perhaps it was the typically classist, compartmentalized culture of the CIA and military intelligence that allowed an insular greatness trend to creep into Wolf’s thinking until the end of his life. The most important point to be made here is that Wolf was patronized by an alien alignment in what are now seen as sorely outdated, classist terms. Wolf was being played, in a sense, for advantage. At one point, Nordic Sa Ra tells Wolf, “You are a prince like me.”
At intervals in his book, Wolf notes that he partied with wealthy notables and famous personalities, perhaps a perk of his intel-bankrolled programs work. The question is--did an elite social life go to his head, allowing him to marginally, even subconsciously rationalize potential misuses—either human weaponization of Wolf’s technical work, or worse yet, abducting alien use of information gathered during interactions with US officials? Again, we can see that Wolf had good, honest qualities—he wants us to know important secrets—but grey alignment aliens certainly don’t reduce to Wolf’s marginally, if not selectively informed awareness of them.
“Prince Anon Sa Ra” was close to Wolf, who nearly idolized him. Wolf thought the Nordic was connected to an afterlife—an eternal order, which Wolf yearned to immerse in during has last, dying days of cancer. Ironically, Wolf reportedly suggested that he may have gotten cancer by being in a room with Carl Sagan (who also died of cancer) and other researchers who were trying to analyze an alien beacon, a large object seized from orbit by a US shuttle mission then brought down for secret study. Being alien, the object would have emitted tightly concentrated scalar energy waves (also known as electrogravity/magnetogravity, or zero point energy), which is easily mutagenic and can lead to cancer. But neither Wolf nor Sagan would have known that, at the time.
The question is, if Wolf was favored throughout his life by aliens—aliens chased off North Vietnamese fighter jets about to shoot down Wolf’s jet—why didn’t those same aliens tell Wolf: Watch out! Stay away from that captured alien beacon object, or possibly die, as a result? Wolf transcribes numerous direct alien communications in his book, indicating that Wolf was easily, fluidly able to know what they were saying to him. So where were they when Wolf supposedly walked into a room, which they could easily have monitored with their technology (scalar, magnetogravitic, and mind-activated/mind-detecting psychotronic technology)? Why would they let him throw his life away like that? Wolf notes that since he was an early alien experiencer and special government program student at age 10 he was exposed to substances that may have been unhealthy. But to stand right next to an intensely powerful space-going beacon could have killed both Wolf and Sagan, in the end. It could disrupt and prematurely age genetic materials. Wolf said the US military wanted to study the beacon for weapons purposes, so the reportedly mind-sensing beacon wouldn’t have registered Wolf and other military scientists as friendly. In other words, dangerous energy levels would not have been reduced to allow such men to study it.
Was the “princely” vernacular and the potentially deadly energy exposure tacit indication that Wolf was regarded as defective, or killer military-compromised because Wolf’s work might have been used to kill aliens?
Aliens tend to be subtle in their expression, so subtle that even if they tried to warn Wolf about the beacon he might not have noticed—given the excitement of being allowed to see the object, first-hand. Meanwhile, the classist, incomplete information that grey alignment aliens fed to Wolf seems to suggest that both Wolf, and other humans, may be regarded as transitory or expendable in the eyes of such aliens. Wolf and others were apparently given some bad information. The most dangerously bad information follows, below.
Believe it or not, the US military (especially the Air Force) were led to think that a few tiny, genetically-designed alien-surrogate populations that interface with US black budget sectors are divided into three groups: the Corporate (a "Nordic" alien group that, if it is as many sources report, appears to be a human version abducted then hybridized yet still human in appearance), the United Races of Orion (also a hybrid group that looks very human), and finally, some sort of "galactic federation" (again, Wolf calls it the Federation of Worlds). All three are intertwined under the same grey-alignment umbrella, said Wolf and other military-intelligence reports. They’re part of the same alignment. However, competing alien sources and the direct testimony of numerous abductees interviewed by qualified researchers suggest that the gray-alien related "federation" isn't even from this galaxy. So, if that’s the case (see Philip Corso's and Phillip Krapf’s book on the subject), then the US black budget regime has been duped, big time---made to think that a few minor, artificially designed alien contingents are predominant in this galaxy. The point being, the Air Force in particular is reportedly way over its head and is being fed bad information, apparently leading it to conclude that it's okay to be cut off from our real, native alien neighbors, as though the minor hybrids whose hands the Air Force is eating out of are actually pre-eminent in this galaxy. It's a disaster just waiting to happen.
Dr. Michael Wolf was reportedly President Bill Clinton's advisor on alien subjects, so even Clinton would have been fed the same bad information. Through Wolf and perhaps others, Clinton would have been led to think that the greys’ “federation” of sorts is native to this galaxy. It clearly isn’t. The US Vice President was also informed by Wolf. And if officials at that level are under the illusion that a small group of surrogate populations (and greys) literally designed and tasked by a population from an entirely different galaxy group (14 million light years away from our galaxy--as Krapf was told by those very same aliens)---if US presidents were led to think that those small surrogate populations represent this galaxy, then the US government is wearing blinders. It’s being cut off from its real native alien neighbors. It is being herded and misled by aliens who don’t even have native rights in this galaxy.
Can you see why we need to advance public awareness beyond the limited information that leaks out of the US government? Its information is bad. The Air Force, in particular, appears to have fallen for a technology-in-exchange-for-basing rights scheme by an alignment of aliens that doesn’t merely seek to trade materials. Those aliens seek to occupy and control entire planets in our surrounding star systems, possibly also joint control of this planet—if they can manage to convince humans not to notice the bizarre irregularities of their presence here. Wolf wrote that “THE WE (his aliens, generally) were thinking of putting an artificial wormhole (highway) through their (human) quadrant, and they’d be in the way…” This last statement may be important. Wolf appears to be saying the greys’ alignment wants us to be part of a trade route that they have planned for this part of our galaxy (which isn’t their galaxy, by the way). And if that’s the case, then somehow we’re seen as being “in the way” of their plans.
Writing about US government programs regarding aliens, Wolf noted that President Reagan established “the National Program Office” or the NPO by secret executive order. Wolf said the NPO administers “special access” or “black programs.” In other words, secret alien-related programs that Steven Greer’s official sources call Unacknowledged Special Access Programs, or USAP’s, were administered by yet another secret agency created by Reagan. Wolf said missions, teams and projects ensued.
Wolf wrote that when Gerald Ford was president, on May 1, 1975 there was a “fire-fight” between US soldier-guards and greys on May 1, 1975 in Nevada. Wolf said that the incident erupted during a dispute between “guest” (captive) grey aliens and US military guards in a Nevada base containing some grey alien disks being studied by the US military. When greys asked guards to remove their guns while greys experimented with an alien disk’s power device, suspicious guards reacted by killing a grey. A “Col. Etienne DuPont of the French Secret Service” was present when Wolf gave a high-level official briefing about the firefight. Wolf told high-ranking officers at the briefing that one grey alien was killed in the fire-fight, and two human scientists plus 41 soldiers were killed. Wolf showed his awe of greys and his own naivete when he explained that in the firefight “all humans died of head wounds and resultant damaged and dysfunctional brain matter, and no alien weapon seemed in evidence… I should think it a theoretical possibility that their (alien) brains were their weapons…” Wolf then waxed apologetic, “They killed the scientists—it is my thought—to show us just how serious it might be if we were to cause an unstable reaction to occur.” In other words, Wolf was trying to say that the (captive) greys killed US soldiers to underscore how dangerous it might be if the two human scientists caused an unstable reaction in an alien disk’s power reactor.
Thirty-three years after the incident, we know that greys probably didn’t kill the humans by simply using their brain energy. Instead, the greys would have been in contact with either a remote alien craft or a technology network that simply targeted all the soldiers at the same time with fluctuations of scalar energy that ruptured their brains. Stability of the alien reactor wouldn’t have been much of an issue.
Both Bob Lazar and Clifford Stone say they were also briefed about the firefight with grey aliens. Joint interactions with grey alignment aliens were reportedly re-initiated later. However, such relations aren’t rekindled easily. The US black budget sector would have asked for more knowledge about alien technology, in exchange. Ironically, that would have deepened black budget dependence on the grey alignment, giving them more power over a secret US power structure. Other witnesses like airman Charles Hall, Lt. Col. Steve Wilson, and Sgt. Clifford Stone witnessed aliens allowed into US military bases. In Stone’s case, a grey alien was allowed to do a memory check on Stone in a military base in the Washington DC area nearly 40 years ago. Charles Hall saw “tall white” aliens on the Indian Springs base during the 1950’s.
Various researchers report that Bush Sr. was the most deeply corrupt and secretive high official in all alien-related black budget doings. At present, Wayne Madsen’s sources report that Bush Sr. is apparently going senile, if not suffering from Alzheimers, which means that Bush Sr.’s role as a black budget crime lord has probably been passed on to others, perhaps the neocon financial elite (Goldman and such) who are now fleecing billions from the US treasury. President Clinton reportedly asked Bush Sr. (the outgoing CIA chief) for info on aliens and was told Clinton didn't have a need to know. The irony in that, of course, is that Bush Sr.’s awareness of aliens was probably mostly limited to grey alignment aliens, with whom Bush Sr. appeared to have an unusual affiliation. Wolf reports that Bush Sr. covered for greys by keeping down public awareness of a broad daylight grey alien landing and walk-about in a village in Puerto Rico. Bush Sr. also covered for the grey alignment via his bizarre extremes of corruption and murder, his compulsive secrecy and exclusion of honest Republicans and Democrats from involvement in alien-related matters, his sabotage of international law cases (thus hampering independent human sovereignty), and Bush Sr.’s work to concentrate secret, unchecked power in the hands of a tiny elite. As Ed Komarek writes, “the evidence suggests that technology and alien assistance is traded for biological access and exploitation of human genetic material and fetuses as part of an alien research project of hybridization and infiltration into earth human society.” Ultimately, Bush Sr.’s sabotage of legal order provided cover for grey alignment infiltration here. *Please remember, simple alien contact is starkly different from breeding program infiltration and planet grabs.
During an interview with Michael Wolf, journalist Paola Harris saw photos that show Wolf standing with President Clinton, plus a signed letter from Clinton thanking Wolf for his efforts. Again, Wolf and others in black budget circles were led to believe that a few tiny populations designed and created by the grey alignment are pre-eminent in this galaxy. They almost certainly aren’t. Instead, they appear to have been designed to superficially resemble us and help the grey alignment gain leverage over humankind. Wolf wrote that MAJ 12 briefings he personally gave to the President, Vice President and other high officials in the US and abroad used those same Corporate, United Races of Orion, and Federation of Worlds terms. Wolf said he made joint US-British presentations at the British Prime Minister’s 10 Downing St. address in London, which suggests the British leadership is being fed some of the same bad information.
Can you see how dangerously incomplete their knowledge may be, as a result? Apparently, they’re falling into a well-laid trap. Although various official whistleblowers say that competing alien groups (a few of whom may be our actual native neighbors) have made limited contact and have posted warnings about the grey alignment, most US black budget interactions have been with grey alignment aliens. **Not all info offered by the grey’s alignment is bad, of course. Like British tribes who learned from Roman Empire occupiers, we’ve learned from our experiences with aliens.
In Wolf’s 10 Downing St. meeting with the “Majestic Twelve Special Studies Group” that he was part of, Wolf shows his friend, MI6 agent Dr. Luke Bryce, reading aloud a memo about a personal relationship between Wolf and a (named) gray alien K. (Kolta). The memo said: “Notice for new arrangements, i.e., Reticulum Four Representative thanks Dr. Wolf, and says he will meet with him anytime he (Doctor Wolf) wishes. He, the Emissary, (Ret. #4) expresses gratitude, also sends ‘personal regards,’ signs ‘K.’” At the meeting is the US Vice President, and the memo is initialed by the President, the S Committee, and Staff D. In other words, not only was the grey alignment allowed to dominate and apparently misinform US government policy regarding aliens, the situation had developed to that point that personal relationships with grey aliens were discussed. At the same MJ 12 SSG meeting Wolf shows the Vice President (Al Gore?) dismissing the notion that Wolf was betraying humans to the aliens as nonsense. The Veep describes Wolf as “The Alphacom team leader.”
Why would the Veep have so much confidence in Wolf? Wolf’s book says Al Gore’s child (critically injured at age 4 when hit by a car) was cured by the aliens and that Gore had an encounter with an alien.
Wolf’s MI-6 contact, Dr. Luke Bryce told Wolf that he, too, was in contact with the aliens. Bryce told Wolf that the aliens are Wolf’s friends, his “family.” How did Bryce know that? “They” (the aliens) told Bryce. The British MI-6 spy agency is considered a Rothschild family stronghold in British government. Wolf quotes an alien telling Wolf that MI-6 agent Bryce’s son, Sean Bryce, was an Altaran, from a planet of Altair, a nearby star. Wolf was told that Bryce’s son was a breeding program hybrid implanted in Dr. Bryce’s wife by aliens. *Wolf was convinced that Wolf, himself, and “Prince” Anon Sa Ra were both Altaran, also.
One of Wolf’s friends who worked on alien programs, US Lt. Gen. Bob Lewis, told Wolf the following: “Michael, if we can keep these egotistical, opinionated, unprofessional, private self-proclaimed ufologists fighting with each other for long enough, we can keep the various pre-planned announcement dates fluid.” Lt. Gen. Bob Lewis also told Wolf: “and through the work your Alphacom Team has done, they (the British government) are very aware of the various power positions, who gives orders to whom. Out there, that is.” (p. 381) In other words, US and British alien program insiders knew Wolf was close to the grey alignment, but acted as though, by allowing grey alignment infiltration and/or basing, they might gather more information on the aliens. At one point, Lt. Gen. Bob Lewis said to Wolf, “They (US government officials suspicious of Wolf’s ties to aliens) think that if you are treated very well, that you could—how do I say it—put in a good word for humanity?” (p 381) In other words, black budget secrecy and compartmentalization has resulted in alien program officials being so far over their heads that they wanted Wolf to cultivate gray alignment sympathy for humankind. Under such circumstances, a breeding program operative here could pretend to be radically anti-alien yet advance grey alignment basing and infiltration here by outwardly rationalizing it as a way for us to glean information.
Wolf said that while employed by the US government, he worked in labs at Area 51, S4, Wright-Patterson Air Force base, and Indian Springs NV--site of the base ceded to “tall white” aliens circa 1953 (apparently by the Rockefeller cabal), as reported by former airman Charles Hall. Dr. Michael Wolf told Chris Stoner that
“the first US crash/retrieval of an ET craft occurred during 1941 in the ocean west of San Diego. Retrieved by the navy, dead Zeta Reticulans, alias the 'Greys', were found inside. Craft and bodies were taken to the Foreign Technology Section at Wright-Patterson Air Force base in Dayton, Ohio, and studied by the Retfours Special Studies Group. After dismantling the craft, parts were sent to S4 and Indian Springs in Nevada.”
If that’s true, then the Indian Springs base would have been pre-disposed to accommodate alien-related artifacts and/or contacts like those reported by Charles Hall. Storage of downed Roswell technology at the Indian Springs base may also have provided motive for a gray-alignment “tall white” alien group to gain a foothold in the area and buddy up to US military sections tasked with investigating the gray alignment. Some alien sources have suggested that despite tall whites’ claims to have skirmished with greys, the tall whites are actually part of the larger grey alignment (the “federation” that Wolf and Krapf and others refer to). Like grey aliens, tall whites have reportedly been feeding limited technology to the US Air Force in exchange for basing and inputs into black budget circles. It appears to be an attempt to foster dependency and intellectual laziness in US black budget sectors. Remember, tall whites have taken up at the same site where Wolf said downed grey alien technology was being stored. After Charles Hall wrote that “tall whites” were allowed a base in Nevada in 1954, the year Eisenhower reportedly met with tall gray aliens (Emenneger, Sandler 1974), Michael Salla suggested that tall whites and tall grays may be related. The fact that the grey alignment can be proven to have given bad information to human officials increases the likelihood that “tall whites” are just another finger of the grey alignment’s glove. And if that’s the case, it means that back in 1954 tall whites were allowed a base on an Air Force range in Indian Springs, NV under false pretenses (they pretended to be anti-gray).
Michael Wolf said Col. Philip Corso’s account of Roswell was valid and that the Roswell crash was actually a collision of two vehicles, one containing the aliens we all know about, the other containing orange-skinned aliens from the Andromeda galaxy. Wolf said he worked with an orange alien and that they have a big, four-lobed brain that’s all connected without a corpus callosum. Wolf’s story about an orange alien from our sister galaxy (Andromeda) raises an important question. Does that alien represent a significant part of a larger Andromeda galaxy population, or are the orange aliens just another token group contacted by the grey aliens’ alignment? *Alien sources quoted in my book, Alien Mind, stated that the greys’ alignment is “less than or equal to .01 percent” (no more than 1 in 10,000) of Andromeda’s aliens, a figure that would suggest that the orange aliens are of next-to-no significance there. But remember: US officials apparently didn’t know that years ago, so they may think those orange aliens are actually important representatives of our sister galaxy Andromeda. In other words, until very recently US officials’ awareness of aliens was in some ways like going to an alien Disneyland and thinking that it’s actually the reality, rather than a small fabricated prop.
Wolf also worked in Area 51, the S4 site (made famous by Bob Lazar, whose story finds corroboration in much of Wolf’s book), and in “Dulce.” Chris Stoner quotes Wolf as saying Wolf briefed four US presidents about e.t.’s. Wolf wrote that LBJ knew about Wolf’s alien expertise. Wolf told Chris Stoner that Jimmy Carter was eager to go public with information about ufo’s but reversed the plan when he learned that e.t.’s aren’t religious, in the human sense. Stoner reports that Wolf said conservative Republican presidents Bush Sr. and Reagan were told a lot about aliens (at least those minor grey alignment surrogate groups), but Democrats weren’t told much. So, we see a fateful irony in that. Democrats and honest, public-informing Republicans were excluded from alien-related programs but were ultimately only excluded from being as deeply duped by the grey alignment. By favoring certain Republicans only, the grey alignment appears to be trying to keep their activities secret in order to make deeper inroads.
Wolf told Stoner that a neutral particle beam he developed for use against cancer was, instead, used as a weapon by the military. Richard Boylan notes that Wolf said “a more recent understanding of Zero-Point energy ‘has to do with a white hole-black hole scenario.’" In my own writings I note how that corresponds to the way in which scalar energies cycle inwardly (like black holes) while also expanding and connecting rapidly outward (like our white hole universe). Wolf told Stoner that one group of human-looking e.t.’s called “Semitics” (Federation of Worlds aliens who share the star Altair’s planets with Nordics) have close relations with Israel’s Mossad spy agency. Like the Nordics, the Semitics may have been designed to more easily manipulate one human culture against another. Wolf wrote that “Israel had been contacted by EBE’s, and I need to know all aspects of these multiple contacts.” (p. 360) Wolf noted that a Col. Martin Becker in the Israeli Defense Force, in uniform, was in on briefings about aliens that Wolf attended at Wright Patman Air Force base in Ohio. Also at the briefings were “a Russian, uniformed military officers from Japan, Belgium, Germany, Denmark, Norway, Italy, Canada, Mexico, etc. a veritable UN of military officers.”
Like Bob Lazar, who apparently saw parts of “the Bible” briefing book about aliens, Wolf discussed two different versions of gravity: Gravity A and Gravity B. (p. 238, 270-1). Wolf told the MAJESTIC 12 SSG group, including the US Vice President (Gore?) that greys gave the US a significant amount of fuel (p. 271). Lazar also talks about the fuel given to US black budget figures (Lazar called it element 115 and said it was enough to keep dozens of disks flying for some 30 years). At that same MJ 12 SSG meeting, Wolf spoke about the grey alignment’s gift of fuel: “Giving you a rather obvious example—and I don’t see why anyone else hasn’t been impressed by it—the giving to this nation technology that can send the mind reeling, technology that surpasses most human imaginations. Perhaps they gave it to us, knowing we could copy it, the nice term being ‘back-engineering,’ yet in giving us such a huge amount of fuel, recreating, or even using those disks we’ve been given, could--very obviously—put this country and its allies in a technological superposition state.” Was that the price that greys paid to re-initiate relations after the shootout that killed US soldiers in Nevada? Also, why would greys give such technology to US black budget figures unless they were sure that the US structure was so deeply infiltrated with breeding program operatives that overall use of such technology could be controlled by the grey alignment?
Again, like Lazar, Wolf said the greys gave some alien disks to a US black budget sub-structure. Like Lazar, Wolf said that gravitons (gravity-bearing particles) don’t exist; only gravity A and B waveform exist. Wolf described the vacuum of space as being similar to the stretching and snapping back of an elastic band (which is also like Lazar’s report about how alien disks stretch empty space by focusing gravity on a distant place in space then stretching space to join the two locations together, translocating the alien craft to the distant place). Also, like Lazar, Wolf “speculated” the following:
“In a hyperspace environment, using shipboard generation of amplified gravity waves, it isn’t that speed increases; it’s that linear time, when acted upon by a force (i.e., gravity), reduces itself, so that one might say, space-time is ‘warped.’ (The Einstein-Rosen bridge or ‘wormhole,’ created by a gravity-exerting craft in space is but one example.)
“Multi-dimensionality and hyperspace are changed by imposing artificially created gravity waves, where time is reduced to near zero, and acceleration to near infinity…. In such advanced gravity manipulation, space itself is not transversed or physically crossed; space folds in on itself as gravity waves act upon time. Again, not distance; space is folded by application of the force of ‘created’ and propagated gravity waves upon space-time, thus a spacecraft has little difficulty getting from point A to point B without the so-called ‘normal’ concept of propulsion.” (p. 254)
Conspicuously missing in Wolf’s discussion is mention of ret. Navy Col. Tom Bearden’s “delta t,” the speeding and slowing of time caused by scalar energy. Either Wolf was unaware or he wasn’t allowed to discuss the simple “negative cycle” of scalar energy described by non-gray alignment aliens, i.e. so-called Haven aliens noted in Alec Newald’s book, Coevolution (that “negative cycle” helps explain delta t).
Some of Wolf’s quotes to Stoner sounded like disinformation. For example, Wolf said Area 51 features an underground military base the size of Rhode Island. And Wolf said that “hundreds” of government employees worked there. Only hundreds? That wouldn’t be nearly enough to man a base the size of Rhode Island, would it? Wolf wrote about the grey alignment’s “living conveyances,” silicone-based, semi-organic-and-metallic alien ships that can split into two or more sections nearly instantly without hurting the ship’s occupants. A problem arises when Wolf describes one “living conveyance” ship, a very large alien craft that the aliens led Wolf to think was his, a ship that would carry him to an afterlife. Again, Wolf was being patronized in strangely simplistic terms.
Here’s an interesting Wolf quote. Despite his life-long interactions with greys and their affiliate aliens, Wolf said that the greys “all look alike to me.” *Greys are reportedly cloned, hence their outward similarities. Wolf emphasizes the fact that greys and Nordics (hence “Pleiadians” and Semitics) are all part of the greys’ alignment (in which greys are but a minor sub-population, reports Krapf). Further underscoring the grey-Nordic relationship, at one point in his book Wolf addresses the grey Kolta and the Nordic Sa Ra at the same time, first one then the other. Later, the grey Kolta, tells Wolf “I can call him (the Nordic Sa Ra) if you wish him to be near you.”
The great tragedy in Wolf’s life occurred after Wolf and his family shared Christmas wine, then Wolf crashed the family car, killing his pregnant wife and son, also injuring Wolf. Wolf wrote that he “murdered” his family, then later suggested that some Mideast terrorist may have sabotaged his car. Wolf tried to commit suicide in the hospital after the accident. In another scene Wolf shows himself drinking 7 shots of alcohol to calm himself, at one point.
On his website, Richard Boylan noted that Wolf said “current Star Visitor-human encounters have little to do with seeking sperm and ovum donations, but are directed towards making a compatible match of bio-engineered organelles with the individual human's physiology.” That certainly sounds like Wolf. In other words, like Boylan, Wolf sometimes thought, or wanted us to think that his alien friends don’t do most of those traumatic abductions reported by numerous researchers. For example, on p. 326 Wolf tells “Prince” Anon Sa Ra that “our hybrid project is misunderstood.” Wolf noted that more than 1 in 40 citizens have been abducted, according to the government. (p. 208)
Finally, however, toward the end of his book (p. 339) Wolf notes what grey alien “guest” captives of the US government witnessed—after being freed in the Nevada firefight. Wolf wrote that the greys “now see and perceive what the so-called ‘negative abductees’ have often, while screaming, flashed into the OFFWORLDERS’ collective consciousness. They (the aliens) had never entertained with each other—as a collective—the assumption that the terror, the fear, the panic, the fright of their ‘guests’ (human abductees) might have been accurately compared to their feelings as ‘guests’ of the government. They did not shoot their human guests, but the (US) government did; thus they (the aliens) perceived a more narrow view and saw no logical parallels. They needed to be persuaded, during the Alphacom Team’s so-called ‘negotiations,’ that, although a large number of abductees thought of themselves as participants and had been chosen, another, perhaps larger part, thought of themselves as victims.” Why Wolf waited until the end of his book to say this, we can’t say.
That one, critical assumption among most human officials (aggressive grey alignment abduction and breeding of humans for suspicious purposes) is a subject that Wolf tried to avoid in the rest of his book. In the end, although Wolf was a “Positive” as David Jacobs might say, fond of greys and stunned by their capabilities (even though he was abducted, zoned out and used for breeding purposes), Wolf had mixed feelings. He wanted us to know what was going on. He risked his life to talk about it.
Since Wolf died, much has happened to deepen the human study of aliens. Numerous groups and media networks have refined a once-vague subject so that even mainstream viewers now have a cursory exposure to evidence regarding aliens. And we see well-developed, thoughtful discussions of exopolitics. Never again will politics reduce to our tiny, relatively backward planet, alone. To pretend that Earth is all we need to think about is like saying the Church was right---Galileo was possessed by evil spirits and Earth is the center of the universe.
Now, with one part of the US government spreading lies while another part leaks what it mistakenly thinks is good information about aliens, a dangerous situation has developed. If US presidents and the rest of the US government are being misled about the grey alignment’s status in this galaxy, then bad information is fouling the public’s ability to sort out the situation. If we’re being cut off from our native, alien neighbors while being smothered with the misleading propaganda of a non-native alien group (the greys’ alignment), then how will any president or combination of human governments develop policies needed to protect the human ecology?
Under such circumstances, we need to know what black budget sectors and various human governments have learned about aliens. We need to deepen and refine our analysis, not pretend that the grey alignment’s cryptic propaganda is adequate. We need to discuss their tactics and their agenda, then compare that to the developing consensus regarding our actual, native alien neighbors.

as far as the Main question in your Op , i would agree that not only the Presidents are being fed bad info, but the general public as well. i have always believed these E.B.E's have an agenda with us and they will do whatever they have to, wether by deceit or not to accomplish their goal.
i also believe that if this is really what's going on, Disclosure will never happen in our lifetime because the Grey agenda won't allow it imo.

Now this implies a great deal. And makes one of my theories that the nordics visiting individuals around the planet may have been hybrids from the
nazis/grey association. Which was what my memory is of, I have flashes of clinging to an aryan type militia, my brother clinging to his other arm,
and a grey walking with us in a tube, then a large room where there were greys, what I thought were nordics, in particular a woman with swept back
dark blond hair in a ponytail, and groups of children. The blond woman and a grey female are remembered fondly as having good skills with frightened
children.
But, how does this explain that the groups of natives have legends of coming from pleiades, and that the greys (ant people) were said to have taken them underground thousands of years ago during the last greatest global catastrophe. Not to mention artifacts throughout history. Have they infiltrated our history by time travel then?
Why are natives instinctively, and through direction via contact, collecting seeds?
Also, who would be the local groups? What are they like? By that I would also mean what species? Why don't they get more involved? Surely a gateway to the other galaxy, a trade route, would be frowned upon!

Good point, HR. Native neighbors, seeing that we're currently beleaguered by an aggressive grey alignment intervention, appear to be keeping a
distance from it while making select, infrequent contacts to at least let humans know they're there. Jim Marrs' book Alien Agenda discusses former
military remote viewers' report on exactly that subject. Also of interest is a story written by Stefan Denaerde about a group of aliens from a planet
called Iarga, native neighbors just 10 light years away, says the account. It has remarkable internal consistencies and was ahead of its time (decades
ago when it was written). The Iargans made Denaerde think they came here using a pulse system of some sort, when, of course, theirs was a disk that
would have to have made typically alien faster-than-light jumps, at intervals to even get here, in the first place. But back when Denaerde was
contacted and shown remarkable details (see his story plus excellent illustrations done by his associate based on Denaerde's memory), no alien in
his/her right mind would have broached the subject of scalar technologies and f.t.l. travel.
I think our actual alien neighbors would be waiting for the grey alignment to so badly foul up and cause us to have to get up to basic speed that we will be most ready for a more polite, less aggressive alien contact with our neighbors. Compared to the intervention going on now, our neighbors expect to look pretty good, I imagine.
I think our actual alien neighbors would be waiting for the grey alignment to so badly foul up and cause us to have to get up to basic speed that we will be most ready for a more polite, less aggressive alien contact with our neighbors. What "if" aliens came to earth and said, "look guys it's galactic policy that your world be united in a single government before you're accepted

I had this terrible thought just now. The most recent post about contact by pleiadians surprised me. As usual, many of the different experiencers
connected immediately to the message, including myself. If the OP is right and the nordic messengers we keep hearing are well developed alien hybrids
(possibly aryan) then the basic message of reptillian or renegade infected cabal, a deliberate lowering of our vibrations, the starvation and abuse in
the third world and our blatant commercialism in the midst of this is designed to bring our vibrations down. This last message is about good positive
ets, the Annanuki, watching over, but due to free will, unless we all show signs of waking up and seeing the true state of affairs and asking for
help, they cannot interfere.

If ALL the human looking ets are merely verdant/grey hybrids, then why is history, especially native history full of them. Many think Billy Meiers made up the pleiadians. My 17 year old with eagle eyes, said it was a diamond. My youngest, then 6, didn't go to sleep until after midnight. He said he thought we were followed. Well, the craft with the big red light, certainly is around a lot in Chilliwack. He didn't want to sleep near windows and as afraid they would take him through it in the night. In September, my 17 year old started sharing his "experiences". He very strongly has an affinity towards the greys and considers them nice. I have a childhood memory of abduction to, and signs, but I never thought about them consistently, never put them together, never considered that they meant something, in an unnatural way as if programmed to shelf it for months the minute the thought came up.

Surely this implies something different than merely Verdants, greys and aryan hybrids. Surely there is a human family of ets in our galaxy that helped even create us, modify our dna. Even the South American natives have stories of Andromedans, human looking, healing their villagers in the mountains. Why would Verdant/Grey hybrids on mission to mislead people and take over the earth and force it to join the federation, be doing such things with our ancient people. The people on mars were nordics. So, its not as simple a thing to accept as just saying all the encounters people, and natives and South Americans have been having is some kind of a trick. The natives were favored, due to their moneyless resource societies. I believe. Due to the way they lived.
So I'm really torn right now. Due to our experiences, I am really on a core search for what is happening and for motives of ets. Its the most important thing. And my friend in the Okanagan doesn't have an internet and yet she knew much of what I was saying. Her story was wild and weird and absolutely captivated him. She's planning on showing him the video. The natives all have messages about an end to this era, probably through catastrophe. She wants our family to move back as soon as we can.
So two completely opposing possiblities are: that there really has been groups of Lyraens watching over natives here and in South America for countless thousands of years, with many of them claiming unusual origins, and the current flood of nordic contacts seem to fit in with this theory, and fear of a new age being brought in via a reset button.
Or, its all been one wild Verdant/Grey hybrid espionage plan, including their use of time travel to bring many rumors, and myths through the natural peoples here and in South America, including giving people false memories of Mars and Lemuria, including their connection, an espionage that has taken root in their oldests myths and written accounts. In this case, their bad influence with the government, but good works with the people is a good cop/bad cop scenario, playing different peoples in different ways all towards one big end. This is a very big espionage, if that in fact turns out to be the case. What we have been going through and what is building as this feeling of
waiting and knowledge that we have been directed to, coincides to long standing myths and legends from Mars, to Lemuria, to the natives and indigenous

Her contact involved life long abductions from childhood, being used to create 2 beautiful children for this et guy, who was serving as they all do in the federation. She met her children and her daughter and her had a mental landscape wherein they really got to know each other. The daughter comes from a world, loved by the grandmother, a farming community without roads scarring the planet. Clean technology. Breakfast cereal. The babies don't even cry, due to the telepathy.
