Would you mind sending the original JPEG file straight out of the camera SD card to my email box n a b l a t o r (at) g m a i l . c o m ? The one on
imageshack is useless for JPEG forensics unfortunately.
I will validate your picture, so at least we will be reasonably sure it is not Photoshopped.
Thanks.

Bring it over to the Aircraft forum where it will get the attention to decide one way or the other.
My own 2 cents says it is either a mildly interesting UCAV or else a fake. There is no way you would be able to get a picture of anything more
interesting.
If it were to be the long fantisised Aurora they would not be flying them in broad daylight, much less somewhere where you can just pull of a
picture.

Zorgon,
Thanks for picking that up. I had to listen twice. "Airforce has been doing it, DARPA has been doing it..."
It seem NASA is late to the dance again...

this has to be further investigated by ats experts, where are you guys. we need the pic and plane experts, we also need to original photos to fully
know if it is a hoax or not. the unwillingness of the op to do this raises a flag.
also, mods, please move this to the aircraft forums so the experts who frequent that board will see it

Possible. I was involved in the development of surface coatings for several of our advanced air and spacecraft and submarines. Most were
designed to convert a detection signal, using for example microwave radar, into one that would be "bled off" from the primary signal into one that
was not detectable by sensors available at that time. Radar strikes against the vehicle could be converted to the infra-red, and "smoke off" the
radar energy.

So who in your opinion are the 'experts'? I already pointed you to Intelgurl's thread that has been watching this for over a year... don't know
about you but I would class her as an expert considering her day job
The fact that it was reported on Fox News and is covered in a press release at DARPA not good enough for you?
Fine go ask the experts and while your at it have them present their credential that gives them expert status

Ooh the thread has been moved to Aircraft projects now!
But if this is a government plane shouldn't it be in the military and government section?
Kidding!
On topic: I still agree with Intelgurl's thought that it is a scale model of sorts.

Frig its about time it was moved I mentioned it on page 4 and now its page 12 and I have seen people posting old already debunked images and i never
saw it because its all posted on a thread that I don't frequent.
So where are people at with this thread after 12 pages of peoples random opinions?
Should i be going back and pointing out all the bunk postings.

I don't think it's progressed much really
Would be handy if we get more shots of it flying about from someone else out at area 51, it will validate the OP's photos at least

I found this: steeljawscribe.com...
Mach 6.5 At 100K Feet… | Steeljaw Scribe
“The Air Force has awarded Lockheed’s Advanced Development Projects arm a top-secret contract to develop a stealthy 4,000-mph plane capable of
flying to altitudes of about 100,000 feet, with transcontinental range. The plan is to debut the craft around 2020. The new jet — being referred to
by some as the SR-72 — is likely to be unmanned and, while intended for reconnaissance, it could eventually trade its sensors for weapons.”
Not so top-secret after all

This is not the the SR-72 / Blackswift or what ever you want to call it. The design looks nothing like it. If your interested in the current status of
the blackswift/72 then to learn that the white world version is canned it may be of interest.
www.abovetopsecret.com...
Also Chadwickus do you really think that we will see any more stuff from the OP? Has he offered more help in giving the original shots? I don't think
we will see anymore shots of this machine unless it is less of a black project and more of a UAV project from other Area 51 spotters.

I think this pictures must be real, remember there is a new hangar in Groom Lake, there is a secret kind of plane in works. And Blackswift, is going
to black, when you read the SR-72 thread. It can be a scale down demonstrator of this plane. They must testing it in day and night.

I will second that based on what someone in Space Command told me they saw in 1985 at Hill AFB... that one was a LOT larger
