Against that grain, a conspiracy theory has been aired in state-controlled media that the global financial crisis is perhaps a "currency war" waged by the West or some Westerners to contain the rise of China.

This point of view shows us clearly, that NWO is seen in Asian countrys as probable high alert concern, and true face of their enemy. Now when Russia is united with China in reforming world finances in SCO, they are challenging this alleged conspiracy of bankers, and testing its true nature: Was it, or is it just a conspiracy theory, or truly their real enemy?
