Who cares? In a thread discussing relative fuel prices? Everyone should - as unless you use the same units, the comparison is pointless. Why bother to start this thread if you don't give a damn what's said in it? Just to earn points or something?

i'm sorry i was referring to the TRUE quantity of a gallon; i just wanted to point out that; it is not the matter between 3.8L = 1 gallon or 4L = 1 gallon. 0.2L shouldnt bring such a big difference in prices from a region to another, sorry if i was miss quote. I am just a french lumberjack from Montreal!

As of today, the price of 87 Octane is running around $2 a gallon, +/- .05. The fall started happening on the heals of the bailout and "drill baby drill" events. Its really hard to say which had more of an impact.

2.19 a US Gal here in Albuquerque is the lowest price in the state. I'm hoping it drops to under two dollars so I can finally fill up my big ole conversion van and drive out to see my new granddaughter.

who cares... price of gas is STILL 300% over what it should be... considering that in Mexico you pay around 0.36$usd for 1 gallon (3.8L) of gas!

And you only have to pay your refinery workers $3 an hour, and lax health and safety...
I'm in Tx, and it was $1.96 a gallon a few days ago. Today it is $1.86.
I ride a motorbike to skool everyday anyway, so it doesn't affect me much...

This week, gas per US gallon @ $1.84 per gallon.

If you fill up at a particular supermarket - after spending $90. for groceries you get a 15 cent per gallon discount.

Making a gallon of 87 octane $1.69.

I just paid $1.49 for 85 octane here in Denver. I never thought I would see gas below $2.00/gallon let alone $1.50
