Well,it was made for a competition but someone else used the video for a hoax or something like that.
Anyway,it's not a UFO.

PS:She sure is!

The last word on this was that they were only going to show the footage to people who attended their ufo meetings.So unless someone secretly films the footage we won,t get to see it .Which is highly suspicious if you ask me.BTW I already started a thread on this titled "
