So when will the 270 mark be hit? I told my two kids (ages 9/12)
that they could stay up until we OFFICIALLY have a Prez-Elect

We need 60+ or a working majority in the senate!!!

i really don't know how i feel, so i'm going to try to express them in type. I feel this surge of optimism and hope for the future. I feel a celebration. I feel a concern for what's next. I feel somewhat afraid of these "tests" we've been warned of. But at the same time I feel so lucky to be part of history. To finally say, yes, we as Americans have grown so much as to elect a black man president of our country. It's phenomenal. You can't deny its profundity. I'm rambling now, but I just feel such amazing energy. After 8 years of Bush/Cheney my pride in this great country has never been greater.

What does this say now about the demographics that republicans will have to cater in 2012? How does this change that landscape? Looks like there is going to have to be a lot of re-inventing going on in order to better electioneer in this changing dynamic of younger voters and key minority groups.

I think Obama will get VA, FL and NV with McCain picking up MO, IN and NC (barely)

Well. pulling out of Iraq could help the economy.
I suspect he will place some of the troops to Aghanistan,
putting the war where it somehow started.

Pulling out of Iraq was going to happen regardless in 2011. Obama won't make it happen any faster- only Iraq can do that.

Fox News call Virginia for Obama that gives him 220 and when California kicks in thats 275!!!

Also big lead in Colorado thats 284!!!

Obama is now leading Indiana with 93 percent of precincts in.

CNN has just declared Obama as the President Elect!!!

How many of you believed it when I told you he was going to win the Iowa Caucus?
