Chemtrail after effects?

I have always been really skeptical of so called chemtrails. I always felt there were too "out in the open" to be black-ops. This article does make me reconsider my position on the matter or at the very least give it a second look. What are your thoughts on this? Just coincidence or maybe just pollutants being filtered by the water? Interesting thought either way..
