I was just looking over some Updates, and discovered that Philip J. Berg will be on C2C tonight during the First Hour of the Program, with an Update on his case. If you have the opportunity, tune in and see what he has to say.

So why has a Kenyan Birth record been sealed until after the Election?

Is there controversy over where Obama was born and just what his mother told the officials that rexcorded his Hawaiin COLB?

So far as I have been able to discertain this entire issue, it does seem that the case revolves around Senator Obama having been born in Kenya, then registered in Hawaii, with his Kenyan Birth Certificate thus being filed into the records in Honolulu. If it is a Computer Databased facsimile, I am surprised no one has discovered it as of yet.

Unfortunately, Berg is not following correct procedure. SCOTUS can only review what the lower courts saw, new evidence is not admitted if and when SCOTUS agrees to review a case.

Berg should know this, but he is trying to play by his own rules here.

SCOTUS will probably never review the case at all.

New revelations about Chester A. Arthur, former president of the U.S>, was a British subject when sworn in as president of this country. Apparently his father destroyed all records that could have kept him from becoming president. Similar circumstances are happening today. Mysterious trip to Hawaii to vist ailing granny, white, racist granny. Why has Kenya sealed birth records.?Apparently something exists. The only case that probably has merit to be heard by SCOTUS is Dr. Keyes case in California but by the time it makes it's way through the mess in Ca. Obama will have already been sworn in. SCOTUS knows the issue is the birth certificate, all they have to do is ask, not for a copy but the original hand delivered from Hawaii by a U.S. Marshall. That would solve the mystery. So if Obama is sworn and then found to be ineligible to serve, what happens next, impeachment? Anyway, Obama is just the puppet, George Soros is the puppetmaster. He has made all of his money from a capitilistic system but seems set to turn this country into state socialism.
