I think it looks like a pokémon.
The wings kinda reminded me of pokemon ho-oh (if what i'm looking at are indeed wings.)

And I think it's fake.

That is totally a hoax. It more looks like a bird, as most dragons do not have bird wings and also, it's much too clear unlike the buildings below it.

Also, a black outline is on the top of the clouds just above the "dragon", Looks like the outline of the clouds was done on the computer program paint....

Well..fake or true, it do not look to me as a Dragon at all...!
Could be whatever...but not a dragon!
The figure it's too much "Bipedal", "Humanoid"!

OMG i havent seen a dragon for many years so this fianlly procves that they really do exist although there are not many of them left now because most were killed in the old days in england when they were really scared of them

Looks a lot like a bird, to me. Probably a blue-bird, jay, or something like a parakeet or parrot? I'm sure it looks NOTHING like webbed wings, they're definitely feathered.

THAT IS AN AMPITHER A Kind f dragon without legs but wings.It usaully uses its tail to stun its prey but usaully doesn't eat humans.

i dont think its real coz the population of the world is increased a lot so they might be scared and be afraid to come out. also becoz ppl might capture them. poor cute dragons
