Break out the milk cartons! Much like Carmen Sandiego, Joe the Plumber is on the lam.

I feel for the guy a bit, he's been thrust into the spotlight for good or ill. Can we blame him for sitting a campaign appearance out?

About the time Joe was suppose to be with McCain, he was doing the morning talk radio shows. I heard him on the Glenn Beck show right after they reported he no-showed the McCain event.

Mixed signals, I guess....
