HEY! Atlantis was good dammit!

I agree though, like I said in my post. It was odd, but that doesn't make it extraterrestrial.

Like my pappy used to say. If it looks like a duck, and smells like a duck, you don't know what the hell it is until you screw it.

Pappy was senile in his last years

TH3ON3, thanks for posting the video starred/flag!

The video posted was titled Aug 21 2004, there is a photo from that sighting at
NUFORC.org you have to scroll down a bit.

The photo is here.

I must say the vid posted looks and moves like chinese lanterns, there is even a hidden reference at 0:19 (lantern with chinese symbols) in the video. Will look more later.

but im sorry you said it could be ANYTHING.. thats not going to hold much discussion weight if you ask me

Thats because there is nothing worth discussing!

no. its ONE thing.. unclassified and most likely non earthly

Thats up to YOU to PROVE to ME and every other skeptic! A job you would find hard with this footage! In my unbiased opinion there really is nothing to see just what it is three lights in the sky and your conclusion is that its most likely un earthly quite laughable really!

At the end of the day, no evidence of a solid object. So how can anyone draw any conclusions from this video!? You can argue till the cows come home i dont see any spaceships simple as that!

Yes. Three lights in the sky. Three UNIDENTIFIED lights in the sky. People may say they're alien, but there's no proof. Maybe they're right, but maybe they aren't. I'd sure like to know what the heck they are even if they aren't from another planet.

Can I ask here....

Why is it that those who believe in UFO's (alien) dislike skeptics so much?
Why do you both ridicule (us) and then call on us to lend credibility to your beliefs?

We ask for more proof, what exactly is the problem with not blindly believing in what we see on a video?
Were not asking for the impossible here... if Aliens have come, we should be able to come up with some verifyable proof.

There is NO skeptic in the world that I know of that doesn't believe in UFO's :

Unidentified Flying Objects.

By the same token, almost ALL of us do NOT believe that any UFO has ever been proven to be off world in nature. That doesn't mean they do not exist or cannot exist, it just means that they have never been proven to exist. We are SKEPTICAL.

Imagine if science ran the way a believers brain did.. a few videos, a conversation with someone "credible".. that is all it would take? We'd still be drinking snake oil and believing that a drilled hole in the head releases the "demons".

So LAY OFF.

A "Na Na you can't debunk this" only reinforces our beliefs that many of you are ridiculously gullible to a fault.

Just because you have a sighting, recording or video of a UFO does not mean:

1. We need to provide a plausible "debunking"
2. The lack of a "debunking" is proof enough.

I for one am not an imaging expert, I am not a video expert.. I am also not a psychiatrist specializing in human nature. So I am not qualified one way or another to absolutely "debunk" anything.

I can tell you I think it is BS, that so far, it is compelling but that’s all, but I cannot offer anything definitively and neither can YOU. So at best it's a nallied. You can't prove it is, I can't prove it isn't so keep the taunting to yourself until a craft lands on the White House lawn and say hello to the world.

That.. Would be proof.

In this case, I will admit, it is somewhat compelling, but that is a far, far cry from being proof or even evidence of something ALIEN. In fact there are DOZENS of videos I have seen that are compelling and make someone think it is possible. A skeptic doesn't think things are impossible; we just need them to be proven. I happen to think that is a MUCH better position than someone who believes something based on a video and an image "expert" (who if he had a different view.. you would dismiss).

Skeptics (most) are not out to get you, we are not out to make you look foolish or stupid. We question, point out flaws and assert opinions to keep everyone informed and give everyone at least two sides to look at.

Can you say the same?

question is, is their anything in that vid that is worth spending the
time to debunk. Not in my view.

I love how the skeptics say "There's nothing to debunk...it's just three lights."

When, in all other footage that they can speculate deeply on, it's not just a light, but a Chinese lantern, or a flare, or some swamp gas, or maybe a shiny balloon.

It's not just three lights. It's three lights that behave very strangely. If it were just three lights in the sky...it would be stars. Stars don't move like that, nor do they change colour.

The funny thing is...the skeptics have nothing else to say. Tell me what it is then? Draw some rediculous conclusion from it and tell me what it is, because of your expert skepticism. The fact is, none of you skeptics can say it is not an Unidentified Flying Object. I'm not saying it's alien life, because I don't know, and honestly I don't care. I am saying that it is indeed not just three lights...and it is indeed something that we cannot identify...just yet anyway.

It's funny when the pressure's on, they treat this one differently. How come all the other footage out there are not just three lights in the sky, but to you, are flares, lanterns, CG etc. Why can't this one be a flare, or a lantern, or maybe a very heavy balloon?

You guys are rediculous sometimes. You can't put a name on it...so it's just three lights in the sky. Nothing too unusual...could be anything, right? LOL!

Just bloody say you don't know what the hell it is...because we all know it's just 3 lights. Way to go; stating the obvious.

It's good to read an entire post before you respond to it. Otherwise, you may say something stupid and make yourself look bad...as you've just done.
