Alien Implant in my ear?

I've something of a similar description in my arm on the underside beneath some muscle tissue (im guessing there), very hard, spherical, im not sure what to do about it, have been tempted to cut it out as i think i can get to it without cutting through the muscle, just the flesh and having a quick poke around.

Randomly appeard about 6 years ago as have various birth marks over my body which i can assure were never there befeore, the weirdest one is just at the base of my back right in the middle perhaps where a tail might pertrude from if i were to have one.

If your comfy picking it out get some nova kane or something else of a similar nature (that will numb the immediate and surround area its applied/injected to) and numb your earlobe then perform some home brew surgery, if you do, dont forget to document your actions and post here on ATS for all to see.

I might cut mine out at some point, i dont trust doctors enough to be honnest about what they are taking out...
