I don't think any independents can get an electoral vote. Maybe all independent votes combined could get a couple dozen.

A Constitutional amendment is created to ban any legislation that imposes rule over the States.

Another amendment is created banning political parties and requires that candidates may only campaign for office via rallies that are in no way broad cast on any media. It also bans delegates and electoral college from deciding primary and general elections, and puts it down to the popular vote to decide.
