For all his lack of qualifications, I came to realize that Obama is supposed to be the next president. Specifically 'why?' I struggled with for a while, eventually settling on part of the plan of the NWO. Considering that both the Republicans and Dems are just different sides of the same coin, I didn't see why they just wouldn't keep a Republican in charge, especially with the Dems controlling both Houses of Congress. At least that way they could maintain an illusion of two parties keeping each other in check trying to quibble as politicians do.
Today I was reading some post and came across one particular post referring to Bush as a pawn of the Military Industrial Complex. Then it all came into focus.
The powers that be have always had all angles covered to obtain their goal , going so far as to have two opposing views to further the same agenda. They kept Bush in control to grow the MIC and set up the executive orders for future Presidents to have total control over the People of the US, all under the terms 'Terror' and 'Security.' Now, the flip side is going to get their turn. They will take away rights (speech, guns, life) and freedom under the terms 'Fairness', 'Choice' and 'Diplomacy.'
The new management will continue to tear apart the constitution and dilute the vision of the United States of America to better facilitate the future goal of a One World Government.

No, I don't think so. I have a good feeling that McCain is going to be the next president.

For the fact that the powers that be can only steal and "rig" so much of the vote they can't manipulate it all to determine the outcome. We still have about a week left before the general election and the polls in 2000 and 2004 showed Gore and Kerry ahead by almost 10 points. Bush won both of those, if I'm correct by only a margin of 2%.

This year Obama is out spending McCain 6 to 1 and the polls are tightening. I think Obama has a lot of skeletons in his closet that "they" didn't even know about.

The internet is playing a huge factor in this election also. Since they really don't have any control of what gets released when it is exposed by independent journalist it is heavily swaying the electorate.

The Powers That Be definitely want Obama elected president because he will bring America down to a point to where the NWO will look like a good option.

The wild card in this is Palin, it has already been reported that she is stepping out and showing she has a spine. She is way far right and has a spine and stands up against the good ole boy network.

Call me brainwashed or what have you, but the real reform we need is in a third party and I don't see one getting elected. TPTB don't want McCain because they know we will hold his feet to the fire if he wins which means the federal government will be under a very watchful eye seeing how A lot of staunch republicans don't even really like McCain as president.

On the other hand Obama would be given free reign, especially with a dem majority Washington.

I think the NWO's plans are crumbling and they are doing their best to salvage their plan.

i think you have hit the nail on the head, usually within each party there are 2 sides the right and the left just think of the republicrats and the demopublicans as nothing more than the left and right side of the same agenda, also the new president comes in from democrates he can then exploit the foundation laid down by the republicans and say "well i didnt make these laws im just using them so i can protect the people of this great country" so he has no accountability for those abuses of the consitution however can use them because they are considered the law right or wrong.

i really dont think it matters who wins this election, though i think obama is a leap rather than a small step in the path towards euro-socialism... this may seem like some sort of far right wacko mindset, but bear with me.

both of these candidates were supported by the same investment firms, universities, and banks; including jp morgan chase, us bank, bank of america, harvard, morgan stanley, annenburg foundation, etc... why should we believe that they wont kater to special interests?

you must realize that our government has bowed down to special interests for quite some time, but our founders of this great nation gave us protections against such things. however, our government has been eroding our civil rights for years, ignoring the principles that our country was founded upon. our personal liberties, as defined by the bill of rights, are under assault, just look at the partiot act.

thomas jefferson said that any governmet big enough to give you anythihng you want is also powerful enough to take everything that you have. he wrote the declaration of independence, as well as helped draft our constitution, and more importantly the first ten ammendments, our bill of rights. James madison's ideas shaped this document, and in the first ten ammendments, united states citizens were given safeguards agianst intrusion from despots both foreign and domestic.

lincoln said that america will only be conquered from within, and this has never been more evident. we have been conquered by our own elected officials... in the 1770's we shed the blood of Patriots and Tyrants for the idea of no taxation without representation... if 90 percent of the citizens are against a 750 billion dollar bailout, where is their representation, because im pretty sure that the taxation isn't in the interest of united states citizens. be angry, make a difference, act

If Obama becomes president it will be because the people decided he was the better candidate. Obama is a well educated decent human being who will be a great president for this country. These big players don't really need to worry about who gets in office because they control the money and will always have near complete control.

People who think Obama will destroy the US are delusional or they are just trying to scare people because they don't want a black president. This is 2008, it's about time you get over your pathetic racist views. Why are black people so frightening to you? Do you honestly believe that they are still waiting to get revenge for slavery, are you that idiotic?

The reason you all feel so comfortable to reveal your true racist nature is because 9/11 allowed you to finally find a socially acceptable group for you to hate. Your politicians and TV celebrities have all said that it is OK to hate Muslims and do bad things to them because they are all terrorists. Now by calling Obama a Muslim and a terrorist you feel this entitles you to take off your masks and show what lies beneath without repercussions.

It’s hard to believe that there are still people who think that’s there’s a dime’s worth of difference among the republicRATS. They are both controlled by the same big money interests, and are used as two sides of a dialectic box to keep us on the mental reservation. Learn it, love it, live it.

Personally I think it will be Obama. The last financial meltdown was overseen by, and blamed on a trilateralist Dem (Carter), so it fit’s the pattern.
